Gordo Veggie Burrito $12.25 + 1.24 for whole beans instead of refried = $13.50 old ingredients, no flavor

I was really excited for the last year to get an Antonio's in Marysville but the franchise isn't at all what it was when it became popular. The owner has raised the prices and decreased quality. Nothing tastes fresh or flavored anymore. The price was raised on the Gordo Veggie burrito to equal the meat burritos and now apparently they are charging for the beans in my rice and bean burrito. It was better than how Yuba City has been lately, they actually added cheese, sour cream and lettuce, not just rice or just beans.... which are literally the cheapest food on the planet, especially when you're too cheap to add any seasoning. I should have taken a picture, but also half of the limes that they gave me were already squeezed, and two of them were moldy. Also, radishes are translucent, old and flavorless. But if you like it, the location in Marysville has no one in line, inside or outside.

This is a $10 carne asada burrito, had hardly any meat, it was like straight gristle, hardly any beans, rice or cheese.

The Black gentleman with dreadlocks working the drive through was great and very nice. Burrito was great as well. Very fast service.

The tacos were terrible, they were super bland tasting and the tortillas were hard to bite through. Very disappointed

Worst, most inedible carnitas (?) ever! They were so dry/desiccated/old that at first I thought someone had left a piece of bone in it. I spit out what I thought was a bone, and took another bite...I got a mouthful of hard, old, crunchy (not in a good way) pork. The burrito was huge and looked great, but in the trash it went. I am a little concerned about getting sick. Jeeze! Go somewhere else!!!

Here's my take on El Ray Mexican Restaurant after a recent dinner visit. I ordered the Enchilada…read moreTaco combo, a bowl of Menudo, and fried ice cream for dessert. The Enchilada Taco hit the spot--tender tortilla, nicely seasoned filling, and a generous blanket of sauce and cheese. Rice and beans were classic and comforting. The Menudo was the standout: rich broth with plenty of hominy, clean-tasting tripe, and that satisfying depth that really opens up with a squeeze of lime and a pinch of oregano. I'd personally prefer a touch more heat or salt, but the flavor was there. Service was warm and genuine, even during the dinner rush. Chips and salsa landed quickly, drinks stayed topped off, and our server checked in without hovering. The only ding--and why it's four stars instead of five--was timing: entrées took a bit longer than expected, and the music was a tad loud for conversation at peak hour. Prices felt fair for the portions. I finished with fried ice cream that arrived crisp and golden outside, cold and creamy inside, with just enough drizzle to keep it fun without being cloying. Overall, a solid local spot I'll happily revisit during non-peak hours.
