They give you your space but are happy to answer any questions and they let you test drive it without them! That was a big plus with me. I always feel like I'm taking a driving test when dealers go with you, plus it gives you time to talk about the car if your with someone. They also worked with me till I was able to get all my money together and when it come to the power work it was quick and easy! My only negative is my car wasn't cleaned probably due to it being a cheapie. Some only pedal junk cars, or over-priced cars. I was pleasantly surprised with Ma & Pa's Auto! No pressure sales, very accommodating staff, and simple paperwork. They had a good collection of used vehicles of various price points. Granted is has been over 10yrs since I had to buy a used car from any dealership, but my latest experience with Ma & Pa's was great. Having a repair facility on site and offering warranties on the vehicles they sell made it an easy choice. I hope to never have to use their repair offerings, and can only hope it is as easy as the sales experience. As always, do your homework on used cars before you go. Know what trouble areas to look for, crawl under the vehicle, and remember a flashlight.

She would conduct a brief questionnaire and visually inspect my Jeep. She informed that KBB price offers via email would be the sale price but it could be a high amount. I informed that KBB price would need to be negotiated to a higher amount (private sale range proposed by KBB). If no room for negotiation, I would not waste my/their time. The young woman visually inspected the JK while a drizzle (rain) was occurring. She called Cody who by the way hasn't arrived for work @ 10:20 . I was informed they don't do vehicle inspections in the rain and told to bring the JK back later in the day! So you guessed correctly; I left. My review does not reflect solely on the delay I experienced due to improper submissions of paperwork and computer malfunctions that turned what should of been a 30 minute transaction into a 3 hour, but rather my experience as a whole. In an attempt to make this review concise, I will bullet point the issues I found during my experience: - Lack of transparency on exterior dings/damage/dents between online post and in person inspection that was not rectified in price adjustment or incentive - Low quality detailing/prep of interior of vehicle before purchase. Floor mats and center console of vehicle had coffee/sugary liquid remnants all over them - Computer/Submission delays that prolonged the transaction process to almost 3 times the length it should have taken Overall, I had trouble giving the review 2 stars as at the end of the day, as I feel so fortunate to be purchasing a vehicle. However, I felt as a customer spending tens of thousands of dollars that the experience should reflect that. A totally detailed interior/exterior should be commonplace in a new vehicle purchase, as well as transparency between buyer and seller when addressing exterior damages.
