UR Fabrics quoted us a reasonable price and pickup and delivery fee so we went with them. We now have our sofa back and the repair came out much better than we hoped! They also were able to do a decent cleaning job, which was not really the reason it was sent in. We now expect to get many more years of service out of this sofa. UR Fabrics was very easy to work with, provided very prompt communications throughout the entire process and delivered more than they promised! I highly recommend them and will use them again should I need furniture repair in the future.

I had planned to work with a reupholstery shop closer to where I live but that shop indicated they had to do a full reupholstery and couldn't repair just the damaged section. I had 2 bar stools that they did a nice job on. I had 2 banquet cushions that needed reupholstered and they did a bad job. There were buckles throughout. I returned them and was promised that they guarantee their work and would fix it. When I went to pick up the cushions it was actually worse. Buckles still there and a crease down the middle of both that wasn't there the first time. The daughter said to send pictures. I sent them and never heard back from her. I would have hoped for a return call and an apology or some type of credit but there was nothing. I don't recommend this small shop.

I'm going to enjoy the sofas for years to come. The craftsmanship and the care taken was an A+ job! I can't wait to send more furniture for them to reupholster! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because sometimes the communications with Mike were a little ambiguous. For example, He underestimated how much fabric I would need. That delayed the job a little bit (because i had to order more fabric) but also i THINK it could have been an issue if the first piece of fabric that I had ordered were not long enough. Luckily they were able to make due with the two separate pieces of fabric. You also have to know exactly what you want. I initially didn't plan on getting new cushions, so that later increased the price a little bit. Also, I kept my old love seat cushions but ordered new cushions for the sofa. When the two pieces of furniture arrived, I realized that the new cushions looked a little more box shaped, whereas the old cushions were more rounded. So I asked them to put additional batting on the new cushions, to round them out. These are all little details that you don't initially think about, but I wanted to share tiny learnings with you.
