The employee should have done two things, tell me they would discard the blood, and call the doctors themselves to speed up the process. I actually had a script that was not expired, but the doctor retired and despite the fact I had a new doctor they did not honor it. This was 100% disturbing to me, definitely medical negligence and they get away with these kinds of practices. In my complaint to HNL I said, "This was not a grocery order pickup". This occurred at the Emrick Blvd location in Bethlehem Township.

What a waste of time!!! What legitimate medical facility does this....?!?! The All-Female medical facility had a very "Boss-Girls" demeanor toward me and very authoritative conduct & unprofessional tone with me, especially the woman who claimed to be the facility "director". The Director of this unethical and unscrupulous medical facility took payment and started the exam, but later during the exam decided not to follow through with the medical exam. She stated: "that their facility no longer serves the U.S. Merchant Mariners and that the medical form(s) are TOO difficult to process.... (See attached form!) Not difficult at all!!!! Ironically, on the same day, I went to American Family Care nearby, and had a very good experience with their medical professionals, which was $60 less expensive. They (AFC) stated that this form and ALL medical forms for U.S. Merchant Mariners are not difficult. The B.B.B. has numerous bad reviews for Patient First, and none of these reviews are positive, so bad their reviews on BBB, Patient First is NOT BBB accredited!!!! You would would wonder why.... Also, since it was close to closing, there was no one waiting so luckily got in right away. The nurse was very nice and concerned about how I was feeling as well as the Dr. He was very thorough, didn't rush me, explained the medications he was giving me and told me he was writing them out since it was late, I can try somewhere that was still open to get them filled. Dr. Kirshner and his staff has always been great for me, my wife, and my two kids. We go there…read moreprimarily for chiropractic care, but have also purchased high quality CBD cream for aches and pain (it really works) and pressure shirts (for athletic and posture purposes). Dr. Kirshner is fast, consistent and, unlike most chiropractors, has never tried to guilt us to scheduling multiple appointments far into the future. I like that he places heated pads on my back for about 10-15 minutes prior to the adjustment. It warms up the muscles sufficiently prior to the movement of the bones. I've used chiropractic care numerous times throughout my life, and he's able to adjust everything back into place with little to no discomfort and never tries to force it. He really has the 'Goldilock Touch' - not too much, not too little, just right. The office staff is friendly, very accommodating, and has been able to schedule last minute appointments, although prescheduled appointments are better. They don't accept insurance, so bring a credit card or check (or cash?). If your insurance pays for chiropractic care, you'll need to submit the receipt and proof of payment for reimbursement.
