these people (manager include) sold to my husband an air low mattress, incluiding the motor, my husband suffer of paraplegia and he depends of the mattress to rest, they charged to his medical insurance, they don give any waranty and the motor doesnt work any more, we cant get any new because insurance covers only for one and this company doesnt want repair and respond. helpless crew, unprofessional and careless with customers. read more

We were thrilled to learn that this business exists, and they rent out medical equipment. We rented a fully adjustable electronic bed for an entire month. The bed worked perfectly. Delivered a bariatric hospital bed and had it set up in no time at all! A few months later we asked them if they could come and disassemble so we could store in the garage. They sent a technician and he took it apart and moved to who set of parts to the garage in only about 15 minutes. We paid a small amount ($150) because being disabled there was no way I could do it myself. Both techs, setup and disassembly were very professional. We were very happy with their service. read more

The worst experience ever at a CPAP store, spoke to a guy the night before had the right cushion all was good. I got there the next morning and the door was locked at 10:00 am and they open at 8:00 am. He opened the door and said What! Wait...what??? let the door close behind him as I followed. Very rude!! Head to the cahier they all are working nobody says anything. I said I called last night I'm looking for this. The one guy did not speak real good english and goes back to look. He comes back did not know how to put it on. I also asked if they could check the pressure because I've had it for years and they said YES on the phone..no problem. Then right before the tech checks Mr personality says...Did he tell you it's $30.00???? I really felt like asking him...what do you think??? Terrible 1st stop of the day. This place reeks of bad attitudes and thery don't have the foggiest idea what they are doing. I left and was pissed and vowed never go back to them ever ever again. I have had such an ordeal with my CPAP machine. The "specialist", Mark, was so rude when I told him my mask did not fit correctly. It was making farting noises all night. The noise kept waking me up. When he refused to resize my mask, I stopped using the machine. I was then threatened with repossession of the machine for non-use (even though my insurance company had no such clause). I took the machine back into them and gave it back. This company then billed me for months of use instead of billing my insurance. It has been months now and they are finally billing the insurance company. This whole thing has been extremely stressful! read more

I picked up my phone and to my surprise Rob answered before they opened. He told me to give him a call at 9:30am I did and he told me to come in and yes bring my machine with so he could check it! Without hesitation, Benjamin, the Rio Bellman, said, "State Medical Equipment." I called the original CPAP provider and they (mis)-identified the machine as a RemStar Plus. Sia, State Medical Supply, was awesome. She had the RemStar Plus power supply delivered to the Rio in a few hours for approximately the same price as online. But -- The connector didn't fit. The original CPAP provider had mis-identified the machine. It was actually a RemStar Plus SE. Sia, State Medical Supply, was even more awesome. She understood the problem. I have been searching for a portable oxygen concentrator for ages - and there appears to be a shortage due to Covid. Most Oxygen suppliers either aren't answering the phone or leave you on hold for literally 30 minutes and then hang up on you. Since oxygen isn't exactly a luxury item, I was thrilled to find State Medical Equipment and learn that they indeed had the equipment I needed. But my hopes were dashed when I got there and learned that my prescription was not accurate and they (rightly) couldn't sell me the machine. Marc, the respiratory therapist immediately called my doctors office (I never thought he'd get through!), found the right person to speak with and explained what needed to happen. He totally went the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed. I went from tears to massive relief as my search for oxygen has taken a long time. Once the prescription was corrected, Marc had Luis (who was very helpful on the phone yesterday) come over to learn with me how the machine worked, what all the parts were, etc. and Luis packaged it up in its carrying case.
