I've been using mobile medical service for years. As a Las Vegas cocktail server, I can honestly say, their pantyhose give much better support than many of those other companies that manufacture their own lines and offer limited color selection and comfort. When accurate measurements are not taken, there will be sagging around the ankles. Mobile Medical has worked with their manufacturers to develop the most natural beige tan color that no other company can match. They will take your measurements to make sure the product they order for you fits to perfection. Also, I would like to mention something that is very important to me. Many women can't take additional support around the waist, including me. You can actually cut the band around the waistline on these panty hose and they will not fall apart. This is so important if you have any type of digestive issues or can't take all that pressure from a tight waist band. PLEASE READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS HERE Consumers should be aware that this business engaged in behavior that appears to violate the Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA), which makes it illegal for a company to punish or retaliate against customers for posting an honest review. After I posted a factual 2-star review about customer service issues, the manager/owner, Dolly, cancelled my 11-year-old daughter's medical compression garment order in direct retaliation for that review. MMS already had the garments in their possession, yet Dolly chose to return them to the vendor solely because she disliked my feedback. This retaliation has real consequences: my daughter now has to miss school to return to the hospital for a new referral, we must find a new vendor, and I must hope my insurance does not mistakenly believe we already received the original garments. With it being late November, any delay risks pushing the new order into the next calendar year--meaning we may have to pay out of pocket due to our deductible resetting. For context, my original review explained that MMS issued an unsigned refund check made out to my child (who did not pay for the garments). When I called about the mistake, Dolly hung up on me and demanded that I take time off work to return the check on her schedule so she could sign it, instead of simply cancelling it and issuing a properly signed replacement--standard procedure for any business. My review was honest, accurate feedback about customer service, which is protected under federal law. The decision to retaliate by blocking a child's access to medically necessary garments is not only unprofessional; it is expressly prohibited under the Consumer Review Fairness Act, which forbids businesses from using punitive actions to discourage or punish consumer reviews. I am sharing this so other families relying on medical equipment can make informed decisions. Be careful when you go to this place. I had to pay for something that was their responsibility. Every time I called they never found my information and the worst thing is they never sent my bill to the insurance and I had to pay for something I didn't owe due to their irresponsibility. The business manager is not responsible for the poor internal work, the manger is very rude on the phone and has terrible customer service. I'm not a customer of complaints but I really hate it when people don't know how to take care of their business. Lymphedema is just another gift from cancer, you know the thing that just keeps giving. I was sent to MMS by my oncologist to get fitted for garments. I'm really sorry I'm horrible with names. The girl that fitted me was thorough in measuring me, kind, repeated things more than once. She contacted my insurance company, let me know they believe my arms and gauntlets were considered a prosthesis, how often my leg was covered. When I returned a week later to pick up my items she again repeated things more than once so that I understood how to not only put my new garments on, but how to properly care for them. I purchased compression socks and the gloves to put them on on 8/8/19 using my FSA card. Someone there put white-out on the invoice date which caused my FSA card to be blocked due to date of service missing. I recent had surgery on both legs and on disability. Verri/Verra kept telling me I have to come back to the store myself to get a new invoice that they messed up even though I can't walk or drive. There was no apology or compassion to the circumstances that all circles back to their mistake. She said the manager will call me back and tell me the same thing she has and they have no district or corporate office. I will never in life do business with this company again. She even said no one could bring my ID and come down to get a corrected invoice but they made the mistake. read more

I purchased stockings from this place..... NOW..it takes 2 weeks to get them into the store. I NEVER GET A CALL stating they were "in" and I made my way there to see about my order. Sign on the door says "NO Refunds" so I should have turned back before that time, but I TRUST people and their word. Ohhh they take your money, BUT, it's your responsibility to call them. They will NEVER call you....Customer Service? Where? I wear them for 2 WEEKS and the stockings begin to tear and separate. ( I have a 30 day warranty and a 6 month warranty ) and I've even called the MFGR who tells me to call their vendor (Mobile Medical) who sold me the crappy stockings. I bring them in to be "Evaluated" by Staff, and yep, I'm told it's MY Fault as I've "Pulled at the tops of the stockings" I waited a MONTH to get a call from MM supply so I can find out about their "Evaluation" of the stockings....and NOTHING, I had to follow up myself..I believe the stockings sat on the same cabinet as when I brought them in a month prior..( ( there was DUST on the box, which tells me the items SAT THERE and possibly never got "Evaluated" at all. ....I walked out with being ripped off for 100.00 with POOR CS and POOR product design... Insanely over priced and dishonest. Found the exact same stocking they sold me today online for 20% less. Called to ask for the measurements they took, so I can order any replacements on my own and avoid their 20% up charge, and they refused to give them to me. Was told my measurements are confidential, which is not only a lie but illegal. Any personal information, such as measurements of my own body, can never be withheld from me. They questioned why I wanted to know, and I honestly stated so that I could order any replacements if needed. The compression stockings I was fitted for do wear out over time and can tear fairly easily. It's not unreasonable for me to want the ability to order replacements if I need them. They claim its their "HIPPA Policy" to not release the measurements, but HIPPA applies to releasing private information to 3rd parties. I'm not a 3rd party, these are measurements of my own body. Do not give this company your business. They require a prescription for a product you can order yourself online, up charge you by 20%, and then refuse to provide you with your own personal medical information due to non existent privacy laws. read more

I went in to get compression socks with my elderly mother. My mom and I were measured by an impatient and rude woman. She was unskilled in explaining or demonstrating products to an elderly woman in ways she could understand, and Mom isn't nearly as easily confused as many elderly I've dealt with in my life. I had to ask about the different products available on the market for easier use and wear. I was lucky that I had prior knowledge of the items available, or she would not have offered them. They only had one tool available out of the multitude on the market anyway, and could only discuss its use and not demonstrate it because it was the only one in the store and they didn't have one for demonstration available. They only had one pair of socks in moms size and no socks in my size. Every time I asked about a tool for easier wear or a different style (like Velcro) the woman sighed and stomped off like I was really putting her out. After being sized and going to the counter to buy the only pair of moms socks, weird gloves to use to put them on, the only tool they had in the store, and cleaning soap, I simply asked if I could have my measurements because they didn't have any for me and I thought it would be easier going to the next place. I think this is a reasonable request given that they didn't have any to sell me themselves. Mom having a hard day physically, I was hoping to make the next stop faster. This employee again acted like I had kicked her puppy for even asking and gave me some spiel about not giving this "service" for free of measuring me. I said I thought that wasn't right, and literally three other aggressive angry employees started telling me off all at once for having the audacity to ask and so offended I wanted this "service" for free. Two women were even yelling it at me from behind a cubicle where they were working. I stopped the transaction and left. I went to another store (Everything Medical on Charleston) and not only did they freely provide this measuring "service," they did so cheerfully and with much compassion towards the treatment of my mother and her needs. They had several pairs of socks for both of us as well as a variety of tools for putting them on with greater ease. They also had demonstration tools to try. I hope these ladies at Mobile Medical Services enjoyed providing this "service" for free when I ended up not even buying the limited items they had. read more

This is the first time I do business with this company and will be the last. I went into this location because my doctor gave me a prescription to get a compression support for my right leg. Apparently they need my social security number for a $50 compression sock. Which the insurance is gonna pay for anyway. Also, by law I am not required to do so. I explained to the receptionist that I'm not fond of giving my social security # because I've had people try to use my identity in the past. I then spoke to the manager which was also the owner. I gave her my business card and told her I managed a company here in Las Vegas. I explained to her how I felt about giving my Social Security number and assumed she would extend professional courtesy and empathize why I wouldn't feel comfortable giving my social security number. Unfortunately she did not see it that way and she gave me two options: either I give her my Social Security number or take my business elsewhere. I went with plan B and taking my business elsewhere! This is a bad company! No not bad.. the very WORST customer care, I have ever experienced. I had a prescription for compression hose, MMS ordered wrong & refused to correct the order & told me to come back in 6 months to get it replaced. MMS refused to supply me with the correct order even with cash payment. The second prescription was for compression socks. I had a fractured big toe & fractured foot, so it was not possible to measure that foot. My prescription was threw at me & I was ordered out of the MMS store & told not to come back if they could not measure! MY taxi driver was an angel, who put my sock & shoe back on me & helped me to the cab. The witnessing taxi driver could not believe MMS behavior towards a senior on a walker. There was also another customer complaining about getting the wrong order & MMS also did not make her order good. These are bad nasty people; that need to have their business license revoked. We do NOT need stores like this in Las Vegas, who mistreat the elderly. read more
