This company is AWESOME! Here's why!.. I live in an apartment complex, little did I know it is required to go through the company that holds the contract for Directv. I had placed an order for my Directv service over a week ago through their site. An installation time and date was set, this morning the installer, which was very nice, he informed me he was not allowed to connect my service. Gave me the information I needed to go through the company, (Anything Wireless), that I needed to set up the account with. I called Anything Wireless and let them know my story.. not only were they pleasant and reassuring they had told me exactly what I needed to do in order to get my service up and going. Now, I had to call Directv to cancel my order then call Anything Wireless back to set up an order with them, (yes, it was a process.. my fault for not knowing). Customer service on both ends were very pleasant and helpful. I highly believe if you are considerate and have a patient demeanor with them they absolutely will treat you the same way.. I mean think about it.. how many phone calls do these people have to answer EVERYDAY from not so nice customers that think they can talk to people how ever they want to.. and usually it is user error LOL I personally would probably end up "accidentally" hanging up on customers! SHOW SOME RESPECT PEOPLE! Anyway, back to Anything Wireless. Justin was the sales/customer service person I had talked to. Not only was he eager and pleasant but also had shown refreshingly well phone manners and an outstanding personality. By the end of the call I didn't know if I was talking to a business or a new friend!! Seriously, he really was that nice! Now let's talk about the install appointment! What did you say Justin?! You are going to fit me in today?! Really?? THANK YOU!! Because I had an appointment for this morning they wanted to try to fit me in so I didn't go without. How awesome is that! Talk about accommodating me! I had placed my order around 10:45 a.m. they were here at 3 p.m.! The Installer, Michael, was very knowledgeable and respectful. It took him no time at all and he too had a wonderful patient demeanor! I had asked him a couple questions, he did not act like I was bothering him and made small talk with me.. let's face it, it can be weird having a stranger in your house.. but again he made me very comfortable. I would recommend this company to anyone. And my advise to those of you that read reviews.. notice whom people are writing about, the service or the middle guy?! Also, pay attention to how people write. Some people are just unhappy and no matter what they will leave poor reviews. I am not sure what the other review is talking about. I liked these guys so much I have used them THREE TIMES and am actually on here getting their phone number to call them a FOURTH time. It sounds like the issue the other review had was more with Dish than Anything Wireless. They have always come out the same day I called, set everything up correctly and even call me after they are done to verify I was happy with everything. When I first built my house in 2008 I had them come out and hook up satellite and they did a great job. A few days later (after I had moved all my furniture in) I called them back out because I wanted my cable put in a different location. They were extremely helpful and professional each time. When our contract with Dish ran out we did what most people end up doing, switched to Directv (let's face it, those initial prices are hard to pass up). Needless to say, I knew that the only people I wanted coming out to take care of me was Anything Wireless. They came out and took down the Dish satellite and put up the Directv satellite and set everything up in my home for the whole home system that Directv offers. AGAIN, I was very happy with their service and the man who came out to set us up was polite and friendly even to my 4 children who were probably talking him to death :) My last dealings with Anything Wireless was when we decided we wanted to switch internet providers. We weren't completely sure what internet we wanted and my husband was really unhappy with our current internet (CLEAR) and probably made me call Anything 10 times asking all sorts of questions. When we finally signed up for internet even I was sick of calling them with questions but the people at Anything were patient to the end and answered every silly question I called them with. My disabled mother has recently moved into my house and I am about to call Anything, yet again, to come and install the satellite into another room in my house. I moved to Boise in March 2015. I priced out the cable services for the best deal and from the options available to me; I choose Dish with a two year contract. Dish outsources the installation to local install companies, like Anything Wireless. Personally I decided I don't like Dish and I will move on to Direct after my contract is over. Dish 800 number technicians are clueless. This is where my relationship with the folks at Anything Wireless is important and most meaningful. They are the guys who actually come out and fix the problems or the service call for reception. I may have a contract with Dish, but I don't waste my time calling them. I only call the folks at Anything Wireless. My opinion of Anything Wireless is EXCEPTIONAL. I am very picky and not an easy customer if something is NOT a 100%. My install was wonderful. The individual actually took great care to run a cable back around the wall and into the closet so that I could place my tv against the wall I wanted it without cables showing. Kudos to him. Then for a couple weeks we had signal strength problems and I was on the phone constantly with Anything Wireless. I want my HD 4K TV picture to be perfect. Bottom line is that instead of treating me like the wacko customer who was insistent on perfect service, they did everything in their power to fix the problem, follow up, and reassure me they were on my side as a local business to make me happy. As a side note, I don't allow shoes in the house, and every technician that had to come out never once grumbled about my "no shoes" policy. I highly recommend Anything Wireless in Boise. They really are a locally owned business who want to make sure their customers are taken care of. I also had a problem getting my $50 referral credit from DISH, and with one phone call to Anything Wireless they sent me out a VISA gift card for $50 to take care of it. read more

BEST SERVICE EVER I decided to go through Anything Wireless vs. the DirecTv because they're local for one it's small I get to deal with the same person each time I call or been called not just calling some random call center. The sales rep I talked to made me so happy because while talking to him he made everything simple to understand and quickly found the perfect package for me I was immideatly called after talking to the sales person by a sweet lady to get me set up with an installation date and I was able to get it the SAME DAY the man who installed everything was so nice and handeled everything from moving anything needing to be moved to also explained to me the way everything worked so I could easily get started! I was so happy that there was no wait or hassle not only was it easy to get the things set up but a few days after the sale and install they called me just to make sure I was happy and that everything was working okay I did actually have some issues with the billing but that was on the DTV end not Anything Wireless issue however when I called and asked for help with my bill(before I knew they couldn't fix it) they were so very helpful and got me the number I needed and some tips on what to say to make the call to DTV much faster and easier. All in all I had a fantastic experiance would most defiately recommend Anything Wireless to everyone I know like I said before BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! read more

I travel out of town a lot in an RV and just switched from Dish Network to Direct TV... As usual if you are going to have a problem it will be away from home. So after several phone calls to Direct TV and local satellite companies I was still STUCK! The problem I have is that I have a in motion satellite which is awesome but also it was expensive, but only tracks one satellite at a time. It doesn't have High-def and when I went to Camping World everyone was willing to sell me and install a new satellite ranging from $3250.00 to $3700.00 go figure... Finally I wound up speaking with Anything Wireless, (they are AWESOME)!!! They were concerned about saving me money but I would have hapily paid to have them come and repair my system. The tech said let's walk through a few things and figure this out... So after him being VERY patient with me and he took me through the steps and it worked! So relieved after working on this for days! It wound up being a setting in the satellite receiver which I feel Direct TV should have tried to troubleshoot with me but never took the time. The Anything wireless tech told me to see how it works over the weekend and if I have any trouble just give him a call and he'll come to the RV and fix it! Amazing job Anything Wireless! read more

I am really happy I didn't pay attention to the angry lady that reviewed from years ago and read the filtered ones instead I had a great experience with this company I was pleasantly surprised I was able to understand the salesman he made everything very clear to me and I honestly didn't know what I was wanting Dish or Direct I had no idea what the prices were or promotions I'm just really happy that the man I spoke with could help me decide what was best for me. I must have called at least 12 times to know everything for sure before I ordered, I would have been sick of me but they were very patient and understanding when the lady called to confirm my order there was no surprises everything was just as I was told the first time; the really nice thing was they came to my house that day to get me set up. Every time I've had to call them even for pathetic answers like "just press the TV button" when I can't figure things out they've been very helpful I WILL be going back to them and telling my friends about them. read more

Okay I just moved into my new house and finally got my dish installed by anything wireless! It took 3 days for them to get to my house but it was worth it I would say, they installed three rooms very quickly which made me leery but so far so good! I am very glad to have chosen anything wireless because they have already called me twice to see how much more I love my dish as time goes by. Extremely pleased, Anything wireless made signing up for Dish easy and straight forward. The rep was very knowledgeable about the product and explained all costs so I wasn't surprised with any "hidden" fees. The service was hooked up on the day the rep told me it was which really pleased me because past experience from other places(was never when they said it was.
