She's a hard worker who truly cares about getting things just right and even offered great recommendations to make the fit even better. The altercation store i normally go to gone so i didn't know where and googled this place. Thought it was good and asked if she knows the military measurements. She said yes and bring it in. So i did and i was just getting my ASU ready for BLC and she said come back in two weeks. I came back two weeks later and it wasn't even touched. I told her please get it done asap and she said come tomorrow. I came and it looked done and i was excited to take it home. I tried it on at home and see the the buttons weren't sowed on. Took it back and waiting another day. Now thats its complete i took it home and looked at the uniform and notice my yellow cord at the wrist area was not in military measurements. Alot of strings dangling from the sown items. And peoples hair/lint all over my uniform. Just so you know my uniform was brand new out the box so yeah. So in short it came out bad and due to her rushing. And i paid 80 bucks just for 10 things to be sown on. Not complaining about the price but the time lol read more

Extremely Disappointed!! I was given a day to go back to pick up my daughters dress since we were going out of town. My husband went to pick it up and it was not ready. The lady told him to return at a certain time , which I did, and still not ready. We literally had to go three time to her business for it to finally be done. Needed my daughters cheer uniform altered before Saturday. Came in on Tuesday she said she could have it done by Friday night. Although close to deadline said okay. Friday night, end if business we came to pick it up and it wasn't ready. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. My daughter was so excited to cheer with her team. The owner made arrangements to meet us 30mins before they opened to ensure my daughter wouldn't go without. She had a game at 8am so it was going to be a close call but we agreed. We showed up that morning at 730 and no cars in parking lot and of course she not answering her phone. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!! We had to leave and head to the game. We got a call at 7:47 saying she was there so we turned quickly around. She was late but did get her uniform altered. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. Lanny is Uh-May-Zing! I went to her for the first time to alter a suit for me. The suit fit like a dream when she was done. But what I noticed most was how many compliments I received on the suit when I wore it. So then I took her another suit that had been altered somewhere else and let her work her magic on it... Same results! I got so many compliments on my old suit with new life. Then I started taking her my work uniforms.... I've literally gotten compliments from coworkers, a jude, a police chief, attorneys, even felons. bahahhaha!!! So basically, she is the best ever at what she does. I don't recommend Anytime Alteration. I love supporting our small local businesses however Anytime Alterations ruined my jacket. It was not done by promised time and did a horrible job altering it. I asked to have the armpit area widen. The owner said she can do it and owner suggested that I should shorten the sleeves too (which I don't think it was needed but I decided to get it alter it). The promise time was supposed to be ready in 2 weeks a few days before the event I needed to attend. However the jacket was not ready by the pick up date it was ready the night before and it was rushed and ruined. I hate spending money on name brand jacket to only get F-up by someone I paid to alter and yet couldn't do the job right. If the owner knew that she couldn't do the job she shouldn't have taken my order. Please, please don't give her your business, the shop is fill with clothes hanging all over the place, messy! Should've look at the business before trusting her with my jacket. Horrible alterations!!! Would like to give a zero star but that's not a option. read more

With Covid-19 changing my wedding plans, I planned my destination wedding in a month! Even purchased my dress a month before. The dress was almost perfect, I needed it taken up only on the front about 4 inches. I took it to another place and once they saw lace they said " nope. Don't do lace" my cousin referred me to this place as she needed a graduation dress altered within 3 days of her grad.! MACY'S REFERRAL, BUT I DON'T KNOW WHY. Seems overworked and manages the Mexican restaurant next door. On first visit, she was very friendly and pleasant. It was not a rush order. Went to pick up items on a Friday, a day after promised, and nothing had been done. She asked if I could come back later that day. Not convenient, but I agreed to come back the following week and left additional alterations. Attempted to contact her by phone several times, only able to leave messages, but no return calls. Drove back on Saturday to ask if I could have one of the items ready by Thursday and was told that everything would be completed. In trying to be helpful, I explained I only needed the one item by Thursday. On Thursday afternoon, was informed that I would have to come back in an hour. I live in North Fresno and it was highly inconvenient to return for the second time. Out of frustration, I retrieved all of my items she was holding. She seems to be hardworking but can't prioritize her commitments. I've noticed she promises same day service to certain clients at the same time she's telling me to come back. Lanny, the tailor at Anytime Alterations, is not only professional but highly skilled at alternation. She's has tailored many of my designer pants and jackets to fit on me exactly as they do on the models in the ad, as well as accommodated any urgency on my behalf. The prices, taken by themselves are reasonable but when the quality of the work is also considered then they are exceptional. If you know how your garments should fit and are careful with the instructions then Lanny can make it happen! She is definitely in-tune with both modern and classical fit. Personally, I prefer a fully tailor fitted cut that is popular nowadays. Lanny has been happy to oblige in tapering legs on pants and tightening shoulders and arms on jackets. She can work with all fabrics and like I said, all types of fitting. The combination of these qualities added to the great pricing make Lanny'a Anytime Alterations the best tailor trade in town. Was looking for a place that did stitching during the weekend and in Visalia, Hanford and Lemoore. But no luck which doesn't make sense because there's a base in Lemoore.. Except for this one place but they stopped accepting orders. Checked on Yelp and found this with good reviews after caing numerous place. Headed to Fresno and got there. The seamstress did a good job. My fiance was getting nervous because he was getting stitching done on his uniform, but she had experience with AF stitching. Why just a one star? Sorry, this place didn't meet my alteration expectations even though Lanny is a dear lady. 1) The shoulders needed to be lifted on a dress and Lanny marked it, but still needed at least another 1/4" needs to be taken up in the shoulders. So... we need to have it altered again. 2) After we picked up the dress, three oil stains (looked like from sewing machine oil) on the dress appeared near where the dress was altered. This new $300 dress was covered with plastic (to prevent stains or snags) and had never been worn. 3) The sleeve stitching had folded the material the wrong way on the backside of one of the sleeves. 4) Lanny told me to call in the morning to make sure the dress was done before pickup. I would say that I shouldn't have to call at all. If it isn't going to be ready when promised, then call me. 5) Business is really disorganized with clothes everywhere. Takes cash and checks only. After searching she said she forgot to do it and they would be ready Wednesday. I came back Wednesday and she proceeded to hand my suit pants back to me in a plastic bag. She told me my clothes would be ready within a week and on both occasions but she had not even started to work on my clothes when I returned a week later to pick them up. I was in a bind and Anytime Alterations came to the rescue! I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and got my dress a week before the wedding. David's Bridal wanted to charge me a hemming fee and a rush fee but the dress would be ready the day before the wedding and I needed to leave town that morning. I couldn't risk it and called around. Professional service. Reasonable prices and I don't think there is anything she can't do. She made my prom dress a lomg time ago before she moved to this location and it was great. I just showed her a picture of the dress I wanted and brought her the fabric and she was able to recreate the dress from a famous designer. She can alter anything from suits to wedding dresses. I needed the dress altered & I only had about 2 1/2 days before the event. Most people want a week. I called and spoke with Lanny---I explained my situation. Referred to her by a friend about a year ago. My life has changed due to her! I wear suits, police style uniforms and casual wear. Here is my thing, I have used this place many times and it's always hit and miss! Although her work is amazing! I am still baffled by the fact that it's never done on time! Case in point, today my pants were to be done on Friday. I waited until Tuesday to pick up cause I always know she needs an extra day than what she promises. Well this time I gave her 2 1/2 extra days. She started to tell me that they were not ready! And that she forgot! I gave her the ticket where it said Friday pick up. She replied "too many Prom alterations." Luckily I don't need these right now, I am just frustrated that I not count on them being done when she promises.
