I was overcharged for the job replacing 2 fluorescent light fixtures doesn't cost what he charged but now I know. He did a great job but price wise was a ripoff!!!!!

I chose them despite being more…read moreexpensive than other online stores, because their website showed that the product was "in stock" (in fact it still shows this) and I didn't want to wait a long time to receive the items. Of the two products I ordered on 9/26, one didn't ship until 10/4 and didn't arrive until 10/10. The other product, as of 10/23, still hasn't even shipped. I wrote an email to inquire about it, and apparently the items in my order were processed "for drop ship direct from manufacturer" and the remaining item hasn't even been manufactured yet. If I'd known it was just going to be direct from manufacturer, I'd have gone to any of the dozens of other websites offering the same thing for lower cost and with free shipping. On the positive side, at least I've received part of my order so it isn't like they've just disappeared with my money, and customer service responded on the next business day so that's nice. I'm just super frustrated that I won't receive my items within the needed timeframe despite explicitly picking a more expensive store with the items "in stock".

He worked with limited space (small sub-panel) and some neutral wire length constraints. Rather than try to upsell another, more costly solution, he was able to work with what I had to produce a high quality result at a very competitive price. The second work item I had Peter help me with was installing a 40 amp 2 pole breaker and an accompanying NEMA 14-50 receptacle for EV charging. He did a fast, clean and high quality job. Everything works perfectly! Before coming, Peter and I corresponded a lot through phone and text. He asked me great questions about my specific use case and tailored a solution to my use case. I appreciated how thoughtful and thorough he was in explaining everything he wanted and needed to do. He kept exactly to what we discussed and didn't try to upsell/do any necessary work. This was a very honest and pleasant experience. Price wise, he was the most competitive by far (probably because he was the most honest about what he would do). I contacted 4 other electricians and they all quoted $300-1500 above Peter's quote. They also tried to do a lot of unnecessary, expensive work. We used Aldo to help us out with a time sensitive issue. We had tenants moving into our rental and had lights that needed to be looked at last minute. He squeezed us in and went through all the switches and outlets to make sure they were all in working order. This electricican made the impossible possible! We needed help to hang out 70lbs chandelier up the…read morestaircase area that is 20 feet from ground to ceiling. Most stairs at Home Depot won't go high enough but we luckily found one that's 15 feet. Even then, it was still slightly short. Rodrigo was able to creatively connect one end of my 2nd floor to one of the landing of the staircase to create a magical bridge that helped to get near center ceiling spot of where the installation need to happen. Magical. With the help of his assistant, he finished the installation job in about 4 hours. Fished the new wire through our attic and did not drill any new hole into our wall to create place for a new chandelier switch. He split one of the current switches into a twin switch setup and that's how we can control our new chandelier light. Hallelujah! He was so nice that he even helped to nail in my battery operated scones quickly too before he leaves. No charge. What a great man. Highly recommend his service if you need an electrician!

Emanuel got back to me right away and was able to come out quickly and quoted a reasonable price for the repair. After he came out and removed the main panel cover, it was discovered that unfortunately the entire panel needed to be replaced. Since we were in the midst of a heatwave, I decided to have Emanuel just move forward with the job without bidding it out. If he wasn't gouging on the original breaker repair, I was confident he was charging me a competitive price on the panel replacement. Emanuel worked tirelessly for 3 days and corrected my Tesla charging station as well which apparently wasn't installed to code previously. It was also discovered that one of my electrical receptacles wasn't working-- likely an undiscovered, unrelated issue. Knowing that I initially called for what I thought was a small repair that ended up being something major, he replaced the receptacle for me in goodwill. Emanuel's a good dude and delivers what he promises. The panel came with a 5 year parts and labor warranty. Highly recommended.
