Thank you Rigo! I got a quote from Rigo over the weekend about fixing the wiring for my two kitchen pendant lights. He came today in the window he said he'd be here. He checked a few things, including the light switch, wiring leading into the lamps, and the junction box inside my attic. He determined it was the wiring inside the light switch that was faulty and causing the lights to not turn on anymore. He fixed the connection and boom - lights fixed! It's a relief to know that he'll come when he says he'll come (within 2 days after a holiday weekend, too), charge me exactly what he quoted me (fair price), and fix the problem. "A rocky start" To be honest, This review may have gone either way to start with. It started off great! Rigo answered my query fairly quickly on a Late Sunday night. We chatted about what I needed and he agreed and gave me a price which was reasonable. And then, things became a little rocky. I made an appointment for the following Thursday and he agreed. Soon after, I realized that I had availability on Tuesday and asked if he could come on tueday and he literally agreed. But, on Tuesday, no Rigo! I texted and he had told me that we were scheduled for Thursday. I explained that he did agree to come Tuesday instead of thursday. Well there was a massive miscommunication and I was a little upset. I was a little sensitive because of past contractors did exactly the same thing to me but charged more from what they quoted. But all was forgiven, because Rigo was so sincere in his apology to me and came in the next day to install 2 ceiling fans. which should have taken him a couple of days (for all the new wiring he needed to connect and strand) He finished in one day and did a GREAT JOB! His hard work and honesty was apparent. He's very friendly and knows his stuff. I have a commercial gym and would definitely hire him again. in fact, Im probably going to contact him within a couple of months for another project im thinking about. Great, friendly, fast, efficient service. Rigo is originally from Honduras and his dad had taught him electrical work since he was 16. He's been doing it for 12 years. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. In the process of getting his license, but he knows how to do the work properly, and for a decent price--compared to the other companies that are charging an arm and a leg (ie $1,000+). To give you an idea, he had to crawl underneath the house, and worked on the electrical wiring for a Tesla wall charger for about 2.5 hours, about 15ft from electrical panel, and it costed me less than $600. He gave me a decent deal so don't expect these same prices, but just in the ball park area. He had additional supplies, so he charged me a bit less. He came by, assessed the area, went to Home Depot to get the supplies needed, and got to work right away. Communication was easy with Rigo over text. He's very friendly and approachable. He also made sure I was content with the set up and ensure that it was working properly before leaving the premises. I told him I'd be leaving him a great review. He's pretty backed up with business, so I had overheard his phone conversation with another potential client, who hesitated to get his service because he wasn't licensed yet. I understand the importance of licensure and liability issues. But, if you don't care about that, want a decent job for decent price with friendly, efficient service, go with this company!
