So I decided, what other way to LIFT this burden than to pump some iron. I came fully decked out in my sweatsuit and I was ready to kick butt! I mainly stayed near the free weight area to do curls. My little buggy whips were soon becoming pythons. It didn't take long for me to tuckered out as I usually only get in my exercise during grape harvest season. There's a great variety of equipment--multiple machines for every muscle group, tons of cable stations, and a full range of dumbbells with plenty of space to use them. Cardio machines are always available, so I never have to wait. For the past six months, I've been working Chuck for personal training, and the experience has been excellent. He's supportive, answers all my questions, tracks my progress, and adjusts my nutrition goals as my body changes. The gym has a solid community--friendly members but also a focused, no-nonsense vibe. Highly recommend if you're serious about your fitness.

They still kept his membership active even after asking him to pay with a broken thumb. He continued to pay. Once I noticed he called again and went in, spoke to the owner RJ who had him fill out paperwork to cancel. He did. Then charges started back up a couple months later. He is now in Colorado he has called, wrote the owner an email. No response. He has disputed the charges but just horrible service. Buyer beware.

I gave written notice before the billing cycle started and even offered to pay for the 30-day period. Despite that, they refused to freeze my membership unless I submitted a doctor's note -- something that is not required anywhere in the contract for a freeze. The only part of the contract that even mentions a doctor's note refers to permanent disability or death for cancellation, not for a temporary freeze like in my case. Back in 2021, they froze my membership without asking for any documentation, and I know other members who've had the same. So clearly, they apply their rules selectively and withhold help when it matters most. Instead of treating me with fairness, they sent my account to collections for $860. This is not just poor customer service -- it feels like they're trying to profit off people's misfortune. If you're considering joining, do not sign a long-term contract. They are not helpful, not transparent, and not flexible when life happens.

This is not a walk in facility. Appointments are necessary. One on one sessions are customized to your own levels and abilities. The Owner Adam is caring and has created an environment where anyone with anxiety about being out of shape can be set at ease. When you schedule a one on one session Adam will determine your needs and then he will create a workout plan for you. Both Adam and his other trainer Will are Extremely knowledgeable. They both go out of their way to ensure they modify the session if you develop any pain or issues mid work out. I feel like I am in good hands and they offer suggestions to keep you moving even when you are not in a session. The facility is clean and very nice and accommodating.
