This was very disappointing because I just signed up 7 months ago and if your monthly fees are going to be raised I would find it more professional to alert someone so they have a chance to decide to cancel the membership or not. I would also expect to have the same membership price for at least 12 months after signing up before being subjected to a surprise price increase. This alarms me to make sure I double check the withdraw from my checking very closely on a monthly basis. I am one of 5 people that I know of that has chosen to cancel and look somewhere else because of this price increase and the manner it was handled.

When I first started the program I weighed in at 109lbs (very small, no muscle or strength) I am currently at 120lbs of pure muscle and strength. Garrett didn't just help me physically get stronger but mentally also. Throughout my life I always lacked confidence in myself by thinking I would never get stronger or have the body i dreamed of but when I met Garrett everything changed. I started seeing results within a month of working with him. I never knew how to deadlift correctly, what "push" or "pull"meant let alone know what workouts target which muscles. He motivates me everyday to get better and stronger and I am truly so grateful for that. Garrett has made me realize putting in the work and effort really can change your life and the way you see yourself as a person. TV screens where never on and WiFi seemed to be a constant problem. The last time we were there we were unable to use the system at all as there were multiple "zones" down and the one were signed up for was being used by another player. The poor kid working had no idea how to make the situation better...we had to leave (not able to use our 30 minutes at all...talk about a waste of time) as our time was almost up and there was still no resolution in sight. This place has a lot of potential, but for us it was utterly disappointing with each visit. I'm most upset with the owner who completely ghosted me when I tried to reach out expressing our discontent and asking for a $50 refund for one month as were were never able to use the membership in the way it was sold to us initially.
