It is in the old Golds Gym so even though it is newer to the One Life collection. The building itself has some age on it. Some of the equipment already has cracked pads which is a huge pet peeve of mine. When you have annual membership fees this should never happen. There are several machines here that they don't have at other locations, however it was lacking in abdominal machines. The overall pool area is nice but the hot tub had the weakest jets I have ever experienced. This is the only One Life I've been to that has a steam room. That was nice! The showers were GROSS and showed plenty of mold. There were also three ends of exposed screws by the soap holder that will scratch you. Like I said this experience was a roller coaster! The hydro massage was nice and that area was clean. I will come back.

SPIN is the only real core cardio that all ages can do and they cancel it. Poor quality "healthy food" cheese wiz on stale chips. 5 day old broiled chicken on premade salad from days before. Food $$$ & no outside food or drink allowed. Shakes taste a 5 on a scale of 1-10. After taste that keeps you from finishing the whole shake. Each shake $11- $15 Staff is nice, but limited in helping you. Price is set. Memberships very complicated. There really is no "you can go to any gym if you work aboard." each gym has specific benefits. If it doesn't match up boom not allowed. For example: NY has 14 gyms that do not allow you to go. Period! Membership offers a "all gyms" with hike up in $$$. So you pay extra for nothing. Look on line and it shows you how few gyms are interchangeable. Hot tubs need updating. Water is low so it hits you below chest with only 3 jets in the entire tub aimed at your back. Just like a motel would have.

I won't re-hash the previous review, but I will say that I pleased with the response and attention given to my concern. All to which, just adds to the positive vibe I got prior to the one isolated experience. I got a call from one of the owners and she respectfully listened to me after letting me know that she takes the reviews very serious and is concerned about my safety and the safety of her patrons. That particular act made all the difference and I am going to continue my membership because I am convinced by our conversation, that she too is concerned about the safety of her clients and business. Incredible Customer Service!…read more My two-year-old and I were walking by when he became absolutely captivated by what he could see going on inside. The coach took the time to come out and engage with him, all while continuing to coach and motivate the class at the same time. It was such a special moment that really stood out to me. I love the workouts at OTF. I was a member for 11 months and cancelled my membership in February…read morebecause the nearest location is 25 minutes away and it was harder and harder to make the round trip. I filled out all the required paperwork to end my membership in February and had it signed by the manager, knowing my membership would end at the end of March. Low and behold, they are calling in April asking to update my card on file to charge me for my membership. I cancelled the card knowing they would do this, trying to save myself some hassle. I rarely, rarely allow monthly charges to my card but thought OTF would be honorable. Hah! My daughter was also charged by her OTF in Huntsville after discontinuing her membership. She said it was remedied with a phone call. I am so disappointed.
