But Misty has a number of marathons and ultra marathons on her resume, so more advanced runners would find experienced coaching here too. I don't enjoy running, so I'm often participating in one of the several group fitness training sessions like bootcamp, strength and core, women's strength training, and yoga. I have the fitness freedom plan that allows me monthly unlimited classes, personal training discounts, a VO2MAX or Resting metabolic rate test, and other perks. If you are an endurance athlete the VO2MAX test is a MUST! Misty will break down the numbers and consult on training and nutrition. The RMR test is good for those interested in calorie counting and understanding food as fuel. You don't have to sign a contract to attend a class. Drop ins are $12 and there are a number of different membership options. If you are looking for a headstart on your health goals and need accountability, the "choose to lose" program combines that, nutrition coaching, dedicated group classes with people on the same journey. It seems all the exercises are scalable, so all shapes, genders, and fitness backgrounds can find something that works for them. My only suggestion: if you are new to fitness, I highly recommend personal training or two with one of the trainers before jumping into a group session. There can be 3-16 people in a class. I think you should get personal attention before attending to get basic form down so 1) you don't hurt yourself and 2) you get the most out of each movement. Also!
