it's all about the people! the gym has all one would need to get a great workout. it's clean, well maintained and isn't terribly crowded. The kicker is the staff, specifically Dave D. The guy is amazing- personable, accommodating, kind, helpful, positive , professional and very knowledgeable with all things fitness. He knows every member by name and everyone enjoys him. if you are looking for a good gym with great staff, stop into the conifer, Anytime Fitness and ask for Dave, he will take care of you. read more

WARNING for women: if you are sexually harassed or verbally threatened by a man at this club, management will NOT defend you or your safety. I was accosted by a man who went ballistic because I told him to leave me alone. He asked me weird questions and clearly ignoring him was not going to get him to buzz of - he asked if I believe in God and that he will "pray for me." He then threatened to have me banned from the club because I told him to leave me alone. He then threatened me again and when I did not respond, he said "that's what I thought." He then left but apparently was walking back into the club for what I assume was Round 2. I approached the manager, Dave, alarmed. He went out front to talk to the man and excused this behavior with "he has a head injury." Injury or not, this aggressive behavior towards women is unacceptable. He mentioned something about this guys parents, parents who I assume would be offended their darling would be in trouble. He and the owner "reviewed the tapes" - which would only show him standing there bothering me, and me rushing towards management. When I told them he needs to be reprimanded or I will cancel my membership - they cancelled my membership for me. When Dave called me to inform me of their non action towards men who aggressively harass and threaten women, he hung up on me. I have had several instances of being leered and and hovered around at that gym, never said a word about it but this was outrageous. This is what you can expect as a woman at this club - that they will protect your harassers and men who posit a threat to your safety and others. Was traveling through here and stopped by for a couple of days. The owner was very welcoming! Equipment was all up to date and very clean. Ceiling was high and big studio room as well. One of the best anytime's I've been to. Would highly recommend and would make my home gym if I lived here. read more

The owner of this gym will says I randomly, out of the blue, owe them a large amount of money. Absolutely unprofessional, predatory, and illegal. Never enter into a contract with these people. COVID-19 won't last forever. But the owner's disrespect for the customers will. read more

Dave (the manager) is very intrusive and makes me feel very uncomfortable as a female. I go to the gym to workout, not to be bothered because it's convenient for you to catch me in that moment. I had given my information to an employee inside facility, that I needed to update my expiration date on my cc. No one ever called back to get this information from me. There was now a 20.00 late fee charged to my account. When I called Anytime fitness to stress my issue about the charge, the women that I spoke to was very rude. I had told her that I called a couple of other Anytime fitness centers and asked about fees and I was told that it was only 31.99 at these other facilities. She abruptly told me that the reason I was paying 50.00 a month for this particular facility was because her rent was expensive! WOW, really!! We finished up our conversation and she said okay and just hung up. How unprofessional!! I don't even think I will be comfortable working out at this facility, due to the way I was treated. read more

I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad for this location. I lived here for a year and have never had anything but good experiences here. The staff is super friendly and helpful and while the gym is small, it has everything I need. Sometimes the restroom situation can be a little frustrating during busy hours, but other than that, I have enjoyed being a member here. read more

I can not say I am very happy with the customer service at this gym. Back in March, after COVID had happened, I called to cancel my membership but could not leave a message or reach anyone. As a result, I blocked the gym from charging my C/C. Months later, after receiving ROBO calls on my phone, I finally answered one and they stated that if I did not pay I would be sent to collections. I called the gym to explain to them why I blocked it and the gentleman said that it was up to me to cancel. I told him that I did try and he gave me attitude, then gave me a 1-800 number to call. That took me to a finance company and they said the only way I could cancel is to send an email off, so I did telling them to cancel. Fast forward 2 weeks and the ROBO calls return. I took one and 21 minutes later I was able to get someone to cancel my membership....but! I can not cancel until my past dues are paid. WTF! Fine, I paid them and then they cancelled it, even after I sent the cancellation email. IF you plan to cancel, it will be a headache and I plan to never go back to this gym again and recommend other that they do not either. read more

The staff is wonderful and the gym is spacious and very clean. I have not found a nicer Anytime in Colorado and highly recommend.

7 day trial is a trick - once you pay for and sign for your key fob to get in there, they tricked you into joining and will start charging your credit card. read more

My 17 year old son needed me to sign a waiver so he could sign up for a membership, after the initial membership was over, they talked him into a 2 year membership, after telling him it was only a one year renewal. Now he has to pay $35 for the next two years even though he's moved away for college. They told him they wouldn't cancel because there was an Anytime Fitness within 10 miles of where he lived, and if he didn't pay they would have a collection agency ruin his credit. I thought the gym membership extortion went out in the 1970's, guess not. So be careful what you sign, and make sure your high school student never signs anything with them unless you are present. read more

They advertise a 7 day free trial and then tell you misinformation to get you to initial a binding contract. The owner is extremely rude and didn't contact me until 2 weeks after I requested to speak with him. Join the real locally owned gyms in Conifer - so that you are treated well and seen as more than just dollar signs on a treadmill. read more
