Do not even try signing for this gym. You will be forced into a 1-year contract that is impossible to get out of. I tried to negotiate my exit because I can no longer attend, and the management was extremely cold and unwilling to help or find a middle ground. They just want your money. For the price,the equipment is just not good enough. It's basic and limited. Honestly, you can get a better workout at a place like Fitness Connection or Planet Fitness for a much better price. First time at this location was on a Sunday at 0500 am. Easy to find and very spacious. Like the chest press and shoulder press machine. Has 2 power racks in the rear and also a smith machine. Various leg machines as well. Cleaning wipes available at various locations around the gym area. Various machine attachments available. Usually go to the Atascocita location and the Huffman as well. Will be putting the Crosby location on my list, depending on day/exercises doing that day. Each has various machines to offer and are within a short surrounding community areas. Like the 24/7 access to various locations. Drink machine available. Will have to visit during daytime to see how workout is during a busy time. Will be back. We had to cancel because we moved to a different location so we sent the email they wanted for proof and when i was finally able to contact her all she said was that "she will cancel it".Now Debt collectors are charging my 500 plus 70 $ of interest and fees? That is crazy, Its not our problem they do not read their emails. I am not paying a cent. Also this gym is the most unreliable gym I've ever seen in my life , personnel is never there so they make it even harder to communicate these issues. read more

I would give it 0 stars, too bad they dont have that option. I was a member there for a while. I was fully aware it is a one year contract which I totally agreed with since i work-out 4-6 days a week. That was the most convenient gym for me, being that it was close to my job and my kids school. Then unfortunately I started having severe back pain so I had to get a Doctor's note to freeze my account. I explained to the manager which obviously never ever had any idea how to do or her job or if she did, cause she would assure me every 2 or 3 weeks when she'd finally get back to me. Always blamed it on the super visor. So now, I find out my account has gone to collections and that "its out of their hands". After I send them all kinds of doctor's notes showing. I had a herniated disc that needed surgical attention. I am mad but mostly sad that they promise you so many nice things in order for you to sing. Once you do. I swear... YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. You will never get a hold of the "manager" or "supervisor" or whoever is taking your money. P.s. restrooms were always soo dirty and out of order. For lack of employees or managment! I would love to discuss our issue since my family has been loyal anytime fitness members for a couple of years now. Very spacious and fully equipped! I can do anything from cross-training to weight lifting. A little pricey but being able to get a full workout without having to wait long for equipment is totally worth it! read more
