Clean, efficient, welcoming, answers all of my questions promptly, and let me in right at the staffing closing time

Santos kicked me out and told me I wasn't wanted here and told me to leave. I said "why" He said" becuase they don't want you here, i don't want you here and you have to leave now!" By the time I got home i had voice mails from their pr. Dept saying" oh your welcome here any time." Even Santos called and left a message saying "oh, we had a call from you and your welcome here anytime!" Trying to cover they're asses. They have cameras all over the place buddy. I was there and you and I know that when you kicked me we out and I went to my car and called you. I said what you did was illegal and I need your name" he said IM NOT GIVING YOU MY NAME!" And hangs up on me. Tried calling back.no answer. I have never been demoralized like that in my whole life. I just spent 1 and 1/2 years in the hospitol and just got out Nov of 2025. And Dec 12. Is the day I tried to join anytime fitness but was looked down at demoralized, embarrassed, disrespected in front of all the people that was there. I have a bad stuttering problem and when I get flustered I can't even say a word. I just stood there wanting to say somthing a nything but only mumbling sounds came out and as her held the door open for me that was the lowest darkest place my mind has ever brought me. I hate living like this !! I hate knowing I'm gonna be this way forever! I fucking hate my life.!!! read more

The tour was great! I was walked through each section of the gym. Every section was clean and actively being whipped down after each use

I was able to walk in and the orientation was done pretty quick and efficiently. Friendly staff and easy to ask questions.

Santos did a really good job explaining all what the gym offers and the gyms plans. Gym is really clean.

This is the worst gym I have ever been a member of. The cardio equipment is always dirty, the screens only work part of the time. The heart monitors do NOT work well. There is no water bottle filler. The gym is always extremely hot, especially in the summer. The gym always has a sour smell. The bathroom and shower are always dirty looking. I made a huge mistake when I joined because they are 5 minutes from my home but I honestly stopped going because I couldn't stand to be there. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Came in for a week trial, you have to fully sign up then cancel to get the trial. One small workout room, and single use bathroom with a shower. You know what that means. Only staffed limited hours with a key card, wouldn't feel safe at night personally and the cost was crrrazy for what they have there. I'm not that picky for extra amenities, but I most def want the option to go to the bathroom when I need to. read more

Came in today to start up a gym membership .. the gym it self was very clean and the staff member I meet was very friendly ....

They are located in a strip mall on Twin Cities. I have a little setup in my garage but I wanted something with all the equipment to work on different muscle groups each day.. with AC. They have everything I need in a chill and clean environment. It's not busy at all. There was about 3 people in the gym, including the staff. The staff is very welcoming. Alissa was helpful and Morgan was very friendly. She answered all my questions! The enrollment was easy and quick! You'll pay your first charge on your credit card when signing up then the upcoming auto withdrawals will be drafted from your account every other week. They are a 24 hr facility so you can workout any day anytime with your key fob. The staff is off on Sundays and open from 9-6 TThF, 10-7 M&W, and 9-1 on Saturdays. read more

they say they need a doctor letter if medical condition, to cancel contract, but when I tried I was denied. they didn't like the letter doctor write. every time I go i get pain for days in my joints. They say it's not enough to break contract . i'm not going to bother my doctor for another letter. so i'll have to pay for rest of the year even though I can't go. my fault for signing a year contract. I should have known better. read more

updated review: this small location needs to expand. i went to the gym at 9pm and it was crowded. about 15 or more people cramped in this tiny space. seems like no one was finishing up their reps and staying the in machines for 10-20 minutes. are they still implementing the no guest policy without staff? been noticing a lot of people bringing others in. read more

Super easy to make an appointment online and to reschedule. Gym is clean and not super busy. Someone was here on time to help me and show me all the gym equipment. I'm a returning member and very happy to be back. read more

Tour was nice and smooth, the place is spotless and the staff are very reassuring with how it goes in the facility

Not the most fanciest gym with much amenities but it works! Went from being spoiled at California Family Fitness to Anytime fitness to save some money and was a little disappointed at first. There is no sauna, locker room, basketball court, pool, and the list goes on. What I do appreciate is there is all the equipment I need to get a full workout without having to wait a long time to use it. There is a set of cable machine, smith machine, barbells, dumb bell section, ellipticals, treadmills, and some weight machines. There also is a stretching area that is quite small but I usually get a chance to go in there. One bathroom for the men, one for the women, and a gender neutral restroom. Lots of wipes to use to wipe down the machines as well. When I used the women's restroom I did notice a shower in there too. Since there is no locker room, there are cubbies up front to place your belongings. Allisa who helped me get set up is amazing. Super sweet, friendly, and helpful. Your monthly payment price is up to you, there are 3 options based on the length you'd like to be a member here. Membership fees are bi-monthly, which is awesome. Overall experience, I can't complain. All the patrons that come in are respectful and help keep the place clean. read more

On their website it say " 7 day free pass ". when i went in they acknowledge that it's on their website but will not honor it. they only do 1 day free pass. It's a bait and switch. Chelsea customer service is excellent. My fiancé and I came into the gym with some questions and thinking about joining. We started talking to Chelsea and she was so awesome we didn't hesitate to just join. Definitely need to give her a raise she is amazing. I love that this gym is near our house and is 24/7. Worst location I have seen yet. Travel for work, always on the go visiting gyms while on the road. This gym was filthy, the bathroom was disgusting, decided to drive north to Sacramento for another location. Management, be advised. Clean your facility. read more
