Not only is this place filthy and didn't comply with federal mask mandates during covid, they are now threatening to send me to collections over an expired membership. They insist on either you coming in or sending a certified mail letter to cancel a membership of which the terms have expired. They are predatory. Stay away at all costs. read more

I have canceled my 18 year membership as of today. Unfortunately there was a situation with a contracted staff member touching me inappropriately, watching me on the gym cameras, and sending me unwanted text messages and not to mention him gloating about his access to gym members phone numbers and contact information. I brought this to the gyms attention with documents and a copy of the text and had a sit down conversation with the owner and the gym manager. They chose to look the other way and find no misconduct. Very safe & secure w/ a doorbell if you don't have a chip to open the door. Lots of pix on Yelp of the workout facility, nothing's changed from them. Humana insured, 55 & older? Free to join and work out. It's called 'Silver Sneakers.' Opened 24/7 for classes, personal training & working out. Nick & another guy were very nice. Checking mom & dad in was a long process, then the computers went down. I'll sign up for the free trial here on Yelp next time & update my review after I work out. They fired my trainer after I paid for 12 sessions and had only used two. They tried to schedule me with a different trainer and I said I wasn't interested and wanted my money back. They refused. I said I was going to rethink my membership and they charged my card another $50 that night! I immediately went over to EŌS where I'm paying $10 a month for a brand new, much nicer facility as opposed to $30 a month for an old dusty gym. This owner does not understand that the customer is always right. I would have stayed had they refunded my training money. They can keep it. It's the last dime they will see from me. EŌS is so much better and has much more to offer. Pool, theater room, cycling studio, classes and so many more machines and equipment. Anytime seems really hard up for money to treat loyal members that way. read more

Pretty upset. This location is fairly nice. I just moved to LV and signed up because they have locations all over and they have an aerobics room which is the main reason i signed up. I was told i can use all the locations. Which is partially true. Today i went to a location for the first time, but by my house in southwest LV. I couldnt get in. Was told i have to use THIS location for 30 days first. Keep in mind i live 25 min away. And the closest gym to me doesnt have an aerobics room. Im a dancer so its important to me. But it doesnt matter because i cant even use their facility. They locked me in a contract so i drove 25 min to this location only to have Zero employees on site. I feel like i was tricked into this contract and i have no one to speak to which means i have to drive my ass again 25 min another day when i have time to speak of canceling my contract. This is why i asked for a trial pass but they refused to give me one because i just moved to LV and im not considered a reside UPDATE Fuck this place! They decide to tell me after i call to cancel my contract due to the false lead that i should have did more research and that each anytime fitness is privately owned so they may do things differently although i signed up being told they all provide what i need. They also lied when i called for a manager saying there was none. I called corporate and they gave me the schedule and told me a manager is there. read more

Love how spacious this location is! We were driving through to Arizona and wanted to stop and sweat a bit. We are members in Utah and this location is superior as far as space and building layout compared to our locations. It is a bit outdated and needs a deep clean in the corners and a paint job, but otherwise it's a great location and has everything you need for any kind of fitness training! read more

This was the most convenient gym close to work. Before I walked in I made sure to check out their websites and saw they have showers and classes avaiable. The most appealing thing to me was that it was self entry gym. When you walk in you don't have to check in with anyone. I came one day after work within the hours they have staff avaiable to let me in. I was met by a young lady and I asked her if she could please give me a tour. She was very thorough and showed me around. She let me know that there's a charge to use their lockers but they also have cubbies avaiable if I don't need to leave stuff. I already made the choice of having to bring me stuff daily then to pay their ridiculous amount to use their lockers which arent even that big. At least they have WiFi. After my tour she brought me into the office to explain the prices. They do require a contract to sign up which was a big turn off for me. She showed me the prices which range from $50-$30 a month and it's based on the length of contract between 12-24 months. They also offer tanning packages which I want really interested in. My budget was for $50 and I didnt really want to commit myself to a long contract. When she started explaining the contract sections she got to the part where I have to pay an annual fee of $50 dollars that goes towards the maintenance and use of the facility. To me that's what I assume I'm paying for monthly to use their facility. At that point I did tell her I was no longer interested and her manager gave her the authorization to waive that annual fee. So I signed up for the $50 auto monthly payments and I was given my key fob and directions on how to use. The gym itself isn't so big. I find myself still trying to find a path to the open cubbies (which are under video surveillance) from the front door. The smell when I walk in is so appealing to me. I makes me feel like I'm about to start a productive day. They have 3 bathrooms avaiable and each of them has a walk in shower. The outer bathrooms have the biggest counter space and they also have hair dryers inside. The showers are okay. I have found myself struggling multiple time with the shower head. I have to bring it lower and I also try to aim it away from the floor since the showers have no ledge to hold the water in. Lucky for me I come early in the morning and there is always one open. I have heard someone try to go in because they were all being used. I felt bad but I needed to shower. It crossed my mind that there isn't just a restroom. So if all 3 showers are being used and you need to use the restroom you will have to wait til someone finishes to relieve yourself. My first monthly payment finally hit my credit card and I noticed it was it was higher then anticipated about $55. I walked in and asked why it was higher. They let me know that their payment processing systems charge 7% to use a credit card. I was upset because this wasnt explained to me at the contract signing. He did apologize and offered to remove the fee if I provide a checking account for my payments. I have switched to checking for my payments but later on I did the math and they actually charge a 10% fee not 7% fee to use a credit card. I know I was the young lady's first contract sign up so she is allowed to make mistakes and forget information. But this was her manager who didnt even know the actually percent fee charged. Anyways I'm under contract so I just need to ride the rest of the 10 month contract til I switch gyms. I just have to remember that I'm paying for convenience. read more

I travel the country for work and use many different Anytime Fitness centers. This one, is by far my favorite. The staff is great, especially the Manager, Aaliyah. She greeted me the first time I came in and offered to show me around and told me to ask her if I had any questions. (Most managers barely acknowledge you're there.) She has great interaction with the members in this club, I see her out on the floor alot talking to members, clients. When shes not out talking she can be seen cleaning (this is one of the cleanest Anytime around). Managing a gym is ot an easy task and she does a great job!! read more

Anytime Fitness is a chain. You are supposed to follow a formula. It's really not that complicated. This one just decided to go by their own playbook or something, cuz it's kinda lame. They have no tanning beds (I never use them, but EVERY A.F. is supposed to have them. I mean, come on). They have no cubbys or lockers to hold your purse, so you gotta prop it up against the couch or carry it around to every machine with you like a derp. There is a tiny table full of old magazines from 2010. We can't even stay current with our issues of "Shape" or "InTouch" magazine? FOR SHAME! LOL The elliptical machines and treadmills are old school. One even squeaks!! Pretty hilarious. There is no place to really stretch or do situps. It's just "Blah." The management seem helpful enough. I have been a member here for about 3 months now and I enjoy this gym in its entirety. It is never busy so I am able to get a quick workout in if I wanted to or I can be here for hours. =) The entire staff is very kind and friendly, as well are all of the members. The classes are loads of fun as well. I am so very glad that I took the step to quit eos to come here. That place is always packed and as a female lifter the boys/men tend to disregard my existence when it comes to wanting to use a machine or they are disgusting pigs. I really can't believe there are negative reviews regarding this gym. I've worked out all of my life and have attended several different gyms across the valley. This gym (by far) is one of the best. All of the equipment is updated and well kept. They have a variety of machines, Crossfit area, kettle bells and weights. Since I've been attending this gym, I've never had to wait for any cardio machine. It's hardly ever packed, like 24 hour fitness and LVAC. One of the things I love about this gym that it's SUPER CLEAN!!! The workout equipment and bathrooms are always very clean and they have showers (which is a plus). Most of the people who workout here are very nice and pleasant. Management here is extremely nice and accommodating. This is one of my most favorite gyms :-) read more

Call this number: 8886397089 and update them about your situation (very kind customer service on this end) and email: customercare@abcfitness.com with your account agreement number, your location, your experience, cancellation documents, ask Anytime fitness for a transcript of all communication records, and any other documentation you may have to support your claim. I'm updating a previous review. I like this place mostly because I really like my trainer Ciro Agnelli, but I wish it was kept a little cleaner. The wood floor area was really dusty and dirty today. David the guy you have working there today (at 3:30pm on Tuesday December 13th 2016) was kind but quickly overly ridged and unsympathetic to my requests. He pissed me off by repeating himself over and over and not providing a name or contact info for someone that can help me. I would like you to reach out to me please. I paid for and satisfied my one year contract that ended back in September I want to stop paying. Parking (5/5) Parking is very easy, close and clean. I never had an issue finding a parking spot, even on busy days. Ambiance (5/5): This gym has the most awesome music system. You can put your choice of music on the speakers using an iPad that is on the stand. This is particularly awesome when I go and workout after 11PM, since I am the only one there and I can workout to Dub step without annoying anyone. Service (3/5) It's an interesting gym. This gym is open 24/7 for 365 days. Staff is only available on normal working hours (7AM to 10PM), weekend hours (7AM to 8PM). Co-ed bathroom/showers are clean. The only issue that I have with that it takes them really long time to fix broken equipment. Some of the treadmills have been broken for more than 3 weeks. There is also a room where you can take different classes by using the videos that are pre-loaded on the system. It's a good addition to all the general work out equipment like (elliptical, weights, punching bags, etc.) Overall (4/5), it's a good gym that fits anyone's schedule for ($30/month). Initially they will charge you $50-70 for a key fab, activation feed and first month. Its clean and working out on your personalized music is a lot of fun. There's another Anytime closer to where I live but I drive the extra 10 mins to use the equipment. Plus there's a lot of open space for walking lunges and plyometric type of workout. Credit card fraud, anyone? Attempted to cancel my "no contract" membership after the owner, Henry, screwed up on my billing twice in less than a month. Was assured account was canceled and was refunded $40 that was incorrectly billed to me. January 28 was billed another $40, 3 weeks after account had been canceled and had been assured by other owner Joel that account was closed and taken care of. Called and was met with an incompetent employee who didn't know what was going on and assured me that he would have one of the owners call me shortly after. Waited around for several hours before leaving an unpleasant voicemail with them, informing them that charging my CC further without authorization was considered fraud, and I would be pressing charges if they did not refund the money. 2nd owner, Joel, called me and was extremely condescending, telling me if I hadn't been unpleasant that he would refund, but because I had told them it's CC fraud and was angry during my voicemail that he would be fighting to keep my money. He also told me he's never had a problem with any of his customers, which I find hard to believe. He eventually did refund it, however I was extremely displeased with the poor customer service. Apparently you're not supposed to be angry when your CC is billed incorrectly 3 times in under 60 days? Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to deal with extremely incompetent staff and repeated unauthorized charges on your credit card. read more

Good and bad... some pros of this gym it's never crowded and you can get a good workout in... clean and staff is nice... typical neighborhood gym.. open 24/7 also a positive.....where i give it 3 stars, not enough weight plates... Also the smith machine hasn't been working right for a year now, after i notified management about the issue.. they never fixed it, probably still broken...Also kinda pricy for what it is all around it was a good place don't think i would re join.. until the owner made some changes and fixed what needed to be fixed. read more

For an Anytime Fitness, this is a bad ass one! Much larger than your traditional Anytime to accommodate a lot of equipment even a designated deadlift area. They even have an aerobics room. Contrary to some of the pansy one star reviews they don't understand what a good gym is that's close to home. My wife and I have been going to this gym for the past year. The reason we signed up for membership was due to Denise Casciola's excellent customer service skills as well as her dedication to personal training for her clients. Denise is very attentive in her approach to the clients she trains as she always listens to their needs and formulates a workout plan conducive to the wants and body abilities of each individual she trains. My wife has been very pleased with her workout and continually compliments Denise on her professional yet personal approach to training. Unfortunately, this is being taken away from my wife by David Judd, owner of this franchise and his new manager. They have seen fit to terminate the independent contract Denise had with this gym with no prior notice to either Denise or any of her clients. When I called to set up an appointment with David he first agreed and then cancelled with no thought of resetting a time to meet. I have spoken to his new manager who has very little customer service skills and no knowledge of their contract language. However, she is very quick to let you know you can resign your membership but you will be billed for an extra 30 days and if you refuse to pay she will send it to collections. This location manipulates the contract in any way it pleases them whether legal or not. This entire incident has been handled very unprofessionally by both David and his new manager. Instead of meeting face to face with all the clients affected by the rather quick dismissal of Denise they have chosen to take the easy way out and leave the clients wondering what to do next. The unfortunate part is neither the owner nor his new manager have the desire to be honest and straight forward with people. Their lack of customer service skills has caused grief and frustration for 53 people and neither of them seem to care. All they want is your money! I would definitely think long and hard before signing up at this location. read more
