I emailed them, I spoke to Tracy and nothing was ever resolved she seemed like she was very apologetic and would resolve the issue but nope. Nothing ever happened. I've had to dispute every single time which is a pain because should I have to keep up with something that I canceled months ago.

This is definitely the best alternative to any of those gyms in this area. We drive from the southern highlands area and it's definitely worth the 15 minute drive. The owners are well informed and some of the most genuine people. They were completely up front about everything, including their expectations from us as members. The team helped me make meaningful progress through a combination of strengthening exercises, stretching techniques, and hands-on massage therapy. When I first started, the pain and immobility were really impacting my ability to use my arm normally, and I'm very happy with how much stronger and more functional it became throughout therapy. The combination of hands-on treatment and targeted exercises gave me tools I can continue using to prevent future issues. The only part of my experience that I wasn't particularly fond of was feeling like there was an effort to upsell me on additional TENS/electrotherapy treatments. I would have preferred that those options simply be presented as part of the available treatment choices without feeling like an additional sales pitch.
