I don't know how long this location has been here, but it looks new and clean to me. I don't live on this side of town. I just stopped in to do my make up as I'm a girl on-the-go. sometimes I need to run into certain EOS gyms to get ready before going somewhere. That was the case today. though the parking lot seemed full coming into the actual gym seemed spacious & clean. To my surprise when I came into the women's locker room to do my make up I was greeted with lovely spa-like music versus aggressive, loud music, but you can find on the gym floor, which is to be expected but never have I been in any EOS where they were playing spa-like music so I absolutely love this touch. I actually wish other gyms would do this because some of the higher quality gym do this and it just makes your experience while being in the locker room pleasant versus loud and aggressive. Whoever is in control of the music at this location for this particular day, Kudos to you! this calming music plays a huge role in the overall experience of the guest. other location should take note. read more

I gave them a 60 day notice (30 more than required), I confirmed cancellation with front desk, confirmed cancellation on the app, confirmed cancellation via email communication, and have it all documented - and yet this is the second month that I'm still getting charged.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's unfortunate because I did enjoy the facilities, but taking money from customers after an official cancellation is basically stealing and poor business management by both EOS and ABC Fitness Solutions, LLC. read more

The EōS Fitness on Sunset & Stephanie is a solid gym overall, but it's important to know what to expect during peak hours. From about 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, the gym gets extremely busy. Parking becomes difficult -- the lot fills quickly, and you may need to circle a few times before finding a spot. Inside, most machines are taken during this window, and certain equipment, like the abductor/adductor machines, tends to get "camped on" by people who stay on them for long stretches. If you're planning to attend a late‑afternoon or early‑evening class, it's best to arrive early and give yourself extra time to navigate both parking and the crowds. Part of the congestion comes from the location itself. The Stephanie & Sunset area has grown rapidly, and the gym sits in the middle of a busy commercial corridor. You've got Texas Roadhouse, LongHorn Steakhouse, Golden Corral, Sunset Station Casino, Target, Lazy Dog, and the newly opened Smith's all within the same zone. With new businesses continuing to open along both streets, the entire area draws a steady flow of people, which naturally spills over into the gym. Despite the rush-hour challenges, the gym offers good equipment, solid classes, and a convenient location -- just make sure to plan your visit around the peak-time traffic if you prefer a smoother workout experience. Be very careful with EOS billing -- getting a refund is extremely difficult even when they admit you're owed one. I canceled an addon membership, but EOS continued charging me for months. They acknowledged the mistake and agreed I was owed a refund -- but actually getting that refund was a long, frustrating process. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The issue appears to be their billing setup with a third-party company (ABC Fitness). EOS says billing is handled by them, while ABC says EOS has to submit requests properly -- and the two don't seem able to communicate directly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This creates a situation where customers get stuck in the middle with no clear path to resolution. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It took months, repeated follow-ups (17), and significant effort on my part to finally receive my refund. EOS Fitness Lake Mead Rd Henderson, NV...Seniors please be careful! I was scammed by Brandon. He lied with the most sincere demeanor. He would not except my health insurance which would pay for my membership. He said "we don't do that here." He convinced me that I had to pay a membership fee of $60.00 plus $10.00 a month if I wanted to use other EOS locations. I didn't know that he was lying. I found out from the Sunset location that this amount is so I would be able to use the message tables. If my sister didn't join at the Sunset location I would have never known. She joined and paid nothing. We have the same health insurance. My checking was billed and paid. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The manager at the Lake Mead location has never met with me but he asked a counter worker to relay his message that I would receive a refund.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I am still waiting for this. This has been my favorite location since it opened because I love the layout and it's across the street from home. The parking lot is a nightmare, but I'm usually able to find something fairly quickly. Now I have another reason to love it. They recently added a "BBL" room and it's basically a modern-day Serenity Room (RIP). They have a class a few times a week and BAY-BEE... I walked out of there with a sore !!! EŌS had hit a new low, which is impressive. Instead the usual broken equipment down for months, they have decided to shut down half the gym mid day with a full gym to replace floors. The gym is great. It's clean and the equipment is in good shape. Stay away from personal trainers unless you want to go through a tedius and time consuming process to cancel them. I didn't go through this, but know people who have. They offer a session for free when you signed up. Accept the "free" session at your own risk. When I tried to get a guest pass, I was asked if I wanted to get a membership for my guest instead because I had a family plan and if I were to add my guest to my plan, I would get a year for free since my guest would be the fourth member of my family plan. First referral you get a t-shirt, second you get three months, third, you get a year. As far as I know, your referrals must be enrolled within the same calendar month for the promotion to work. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Since the promotion sign was on Fav's desk, I pointed it out to him and read it out loud and ask him to check when I enrolled to my account to see if it had been over one calendar month. Fav confirmed it had been over one month, but told me not to worry because it was actually 60 days for the promotion to be valid, instead of a month[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I asked him if it had changed or why the printed rules said otherwise. Fav confirmed once again that it was 60 days and I shouldn't worry about it, that I wouldn't be charged for it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After some days, I checked my account, and it turns out that, as expected, Fav lied about the 60 days. I want to apologize for the review I wrote yesterday about the hula instructor who subbed on Wednesday. I have to say she did good for being in a gym that she don't normally teach at the wifi wasn't connecting so the music kept stopping which was a frustrating situation for her, and then me asking to use the lava lava while she was trying to fix the stereo when it's obviously there to use, we all know music is important the beats and stuff for any dance class so I feel her on that. It was my first time trying this class and she made sure everyone understood the steps and started out with the basics that we can with time build upon. Now that I'm thinking about the situation I realize she was having us Re enact lilo and stitch the scene where LiLo was in the hula class and everyone was laughing. Doesn't have smith machines and other equipment I would expect. But the smith machines are the biggest one. Never been to a gym without them. Weights are usually scattered everywhere. Which isn't much of a staff problem, cause the staff seems to always be cleaning up, it's the guests at this gym. On the app I was under the impression that my membership was canceled, and it turns out that it wasn't. I speak to the people that handle billing and they said that they have no knowledge of what the app looks like because they are a different company. It literally says to renew my membership on the app, and on the billing website, THAT DOESNT EVEN INCLUDE THE EOS NAME, it said that I owed $70 It seems like they are misleading people on the app, while you rack up charges. Meanwhile, an error continuously popped up on the billing website when I attempted to change my card. But I was able to use my card to cancel my account and pay $80. So that's nice I guess A lot to deal with for a location that doesn't have much to offer. 3 stars because the equipment and floors are pretty much always clean ! I do love that. read more

I have a daily workout routine schedule, but I'm working out outside of the classes schedule that they have at this location. And I like to come at a certain time where the class that they have ends at 7:15 PM. Now I have to keep waiting and waiting outside of the room until the class ends and I was just informed that it doesn't end until 7:30 and could get pushed to 7:45pm I just feel like I've been waiting for the class to end forever and it's just taking of so much of my time. The girls that were also waiting outside of the room also said the same thing that it's such a waste of time waiting when the class is supposed to end and we don't know exactly when it's supposed to end since the TV and from the app it says it's supposed to end at 7:15pm. This is a newer fitness club near Sunset & Stephanie St. The machines are new and work well. The staff is friendly and helpful. Check-in with the EoS app is easy and you don't need another piece of paper in your wallet. Bring a towel and bathroom slippers for the individual showers. There is a movie room and plenty of screens to relieve the boredom of working out. They have hydration stations and beverages. I'm 64 years old. Some of the other fitness/gyms in the Las Vegas/Henderson area give me the creeps. I didn't get that vibe here. This is a good place to exercise and it's open 24/7. Parking can be a little rough during peak times, otherwise this would be 5 stars. read more

Today was my first day at EOS after signing up through Active & Fit Direct, which automatically includes the "Will Power" membership. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The associate who helped me, however, lied and told me I didn't have Will Power.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I knew that wasn't true, so I pressed further -- then he changed his story and said, "Oh, maybe you do, but you can't bring a guest." Again, that was false.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] With Will Power, you can bring a friend. [[HIGHLIGHT]]To confirm, I called another EOS location, and they verified that I do, in fact, have the highest membership level and full guest privileges.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was clear the first associate was trying to mislead me, possibly to get me to "upgrade" so he could earn a commission.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]What makes this worse is that my stepson signed up the same way I did just a day earlier -- and his associate set him up correctly without any issues.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I asked my associate to look up my stepson's account, he lied again, claiming my stepson didn't have the top tier either.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After verifying, my stepson's account also showed Will Power. I have been going to EOS for years now and it can be hit or miss with the locations. This location is probably my favorite. Lots of equipment and the equipment gets repaired pretty quick. Your experience can be different depending on the times you go but the 6-8am crowd, it's very easy to get your workout in. read more

This is the best EOS in town. I have been going since it opened. They have the best equipment, outdoor area, and most importantly the massage chairs always work. I go just for the massage but stay for the workout. Staff is always nice and its very clean. Cardio cinema is great too! read more

Don't even bother going to this location. This location let homeless sleep in the locker room and massage chairs. Men's locker room is always broken or disgusting. The locker I was using got broken into (mind you I had a lock) the workers didn't seem to care. When the cops came the workers just stayed at the front desk or their office. While the cops and I went into the locker room and showed them what happened. You would think the workers would be concern of the safety of their guest and follow the cop and I to make me feel comfortable. NOPE. They just acted like it was just another Wednesday.
