I validated at the beginning that there was no active action required on my part, i.e. I would not be required to do anything at the end of the 30 days. At the end of the 30 days they made an unauthorized charge on my card for $125.00. They acknowledge it was an error on their part. (I have an email to that effect)I spoke with owner (Mitch) who claims he is not sure they could cut a refund check. He indicated he would have to speak to the accountants and get back to me. After numerous emails and a conversation with staff member Frank they have chosen to go dark. What course of action do I have to take next?I can only draw the conclusion This is a poorly run business in the guise of a scam. I want my money. What are you going to do about improving your brand image???????

I've been a member for about a year and a half now. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the best…read morepart of going here are the workouts. They really mix them up and keep them interesting. The workouts target different parts of the body on different days. Sometimes it's a mix of free weights and calisthenics, sometimes it's all aerobic, but it keeps it interesting. Working out in a group also keeps you honest! The only downside is it's a little pricey compared to a lot of other gyms.

These seemed to be on the older/cheaper side with the ellipticals. This location seemed pretty small- with everything crammed together and the whole place feeling very dark and dingy. Almost like I was back in middle school at cyber bowling when there has been people getting too frisky so they only keep one set of lights off and one set on so they can police everyone. Not me- I was fat in middle school. Got my workout in - my 4th PF not my hometown. Staff was nice enough - just really felt close to everyone and it was cramped feeling and very dimly lit inside. I didn't check out the spa or anything to see what the massage beds were like but it got the job done.

The staff is always young people mostly sitting around and socializing; no sign ever of any management or owner. The showers take my overall rating from 3 to 1. They are beyond disgusting, always. The walls are covered in flies, and when the water is running, the little worm larvae are washing out of the cracks in the tile and squirming on the floor. The showers are literally never cleaned properly. This place should be shut down by the health department.

I like the spin classes the best as they are different from the other gyms in the area. Bikes are well maintained, music is great, workout varies each time - so no boredom. Arms used in workout too! If you try the spin/barre class you also get to have a full body workout. Instructors are friendly and do not intimidate Brooke offers an early morning workout that is a great start for the day. Ashley, Beth & Callista are energetic and positive motivators. The boxing class is challenging FUN Haven't tried the yoga yet but plan to.

First, it has all the equipment you'll need to achieve whatever goal you may have. Dumbbells go up to 150-160 I believe, plenty of different treadmills, both sitting and standing. A nice dance studio that holds classes (Zumba and such). A smaller studio as well for stretching. The staff here is incredibly friendly. Mike, the owner, is a highly energetic person, always saying hi to the members, asking how they're doing. Little stuff that goes far with us. He also does a lot of charity type things. Just a genuinely good guy, that's extremely likable. Alan, the head trainer, also a good guy. Knows his material, isn't a "in your face trainer", but will definitely help you achieve your goals. Great guy. The members are also very friendly. No meat heads, no grunting, etc. For the most part, just average, everyday people. Don't get me wrong, there's definitely some nice eye candy there, but if that's all you care about, then go to retro and wait 20 minutes to use a machine. I rarely ever have to wait for anything here (and I workout between 4pm-7pm usually. Prime hours). In conclusion, if you want a nice, friendly, reasonably priced, 24 hour gym, then check this place out. It's a true diamond in the rough gym here in Delaware.

It's small but has all the necessities... free weights, cardio equipment, cycle room, pool, basketball court, studio room, a kids sitter area, and a personal training area. I came around 6PM and it wasn't too packed. The basketball court definitely gets packed, though. Parking is good. There's one right outside the gym but an adjacent one from the shopping area. The only thing that the gym doesn't have is a sauna.

I am extremely disappointed with how my membership issue was handled. I was originally told that I…read morewould be able to transfer my membership, but that never happened. As a result, I am now being billed for two memberships, and the only solution offered has been for me to spend even more money. What is most concerning is that the manager's notes regarding my situation were inaccurate and did not reflect what actually occurred. During my conversations with staff, it was acknowledged that there have been ongoing concerns and complaints regarding this manager's practices, and it appears my experience is not an isolated incident. While the organization recognized that mistakes were made, they have been unwilling to take meaningful steps to correct them. I understand that errors happen, but accountability and customer service should follow. Unfortunately, I have been left paying for a problem that was created by misinformation and poor management. I hope the company takes a closer look at these issues and works to improve how customers are treated when legitimate concerns are raised.
