I had been a gymnast myself and suddenly felt transported back to my more agile years just by walking in to this gym. When I found out they offered an adult class, I was in heaven! Ok, so returning to gymnastics (or learning to tumble) at the age of 40 isn't for everyone, but I must say the class was a blast! The instructor had me tumbling like a 20 year old in no time and I had a renewed interest in and committment to achieving a higher level of fitness. It was the shot in the arm I needed to get back in shape and to have fun while doing so. The facility is spacious, full of the equipment needed to train champion gymnasts. There is also a Christian Tae Kwon Do gym towards the back as well as a fitness area that parents can use for FREE while their children take a class. The equipment faces the class area so you can watch your child in class while you work out. What an awesome perk! The most impressive aspect of this gym is the positive attitude of the instructors and the heart they have for safely training athletes of all ages and abilities. The atmosphere is fun, but with an emphasis on advancing skills safely and accurately - no over-the-top coaches who are inappropriately tough or harsh. I've experienced hard-core coaches in the past and other gyms and find the atmosphere quite refreshing at Prairie Fire. My daughter is now on the competitive team at Prairie Fire and is very dedicated to the sport of gymnastics. I credit the excellent coaching staff that encourages a healthy balance of practice and activities outside the gym to her continued interest in the sport. I am looking forward to to see the great things this team and gym can accomplish!

Overall, the good outweighed everything else. Sitting outside sipping coffee while the birds serenade you is a wonderful way to start the day.

I spoke to the owner about the bikes they had in stock or could order. They were the final stop of 4 shops. She was so helpful and kind. I stopped in about 3 times before I made a decision on the Lectric XPress 750. I had to look at some reviews, I'm a cautious shopper for a bike as I had hurried about 5 years earlier and bought a bad bike somewhere else. When I came back to order the bike I mentioned that I had bought a Trek 7500 that I loved and had for 16 years untill it was stolen. She told me that Trek had just selected them to be a Trek dealer and that they made electric bikes now. Long story LONG they just got my new Verve+ 3 Gen 3 Lowstep Hex Blue, almost the same color as my old Trek. Dondubikes Is my alltime favorate Bike shop. I will update this after I pick up the bike. She said it will take a few days as Trek is sending a part as it has a new upgrade and they wanted to sebd her the part. I looked at other reviews of their service and the were excellent. She was so patient with me and so helpful. The Trek was more than double the cost of the Lectric XPress 750 I was going to buy but I know it will be a great bike, and I'll get great service.

The creek was fun, had a great temperature, wasn't too deep so the kids could play, and there was no trash left anywhere. They also offer firewood and deliver it to your site for $20, which was really convenient. I can't remember his name, but the park manager who delivers the wood and oversees the park was really nice! He was really personable and does a fantastic job keeping up the place. You can also fish in the ponds and there is quite the variety in them. There are Blue Gill, Sun Fish, Catfish, and a few others that I can't remember lol. Make sure to watch out for snakes. We found a Western Fox Snake basking on the stone steps that lead into the creek. He was about 4' long, but since they're not super aggressive, I picked him up and moved him to the other side of the creek just to make sure the kids didn't step on him. One part is the Racing Experience itself. Since hubby did the racing I asked him. 5 stars, 10 stars, he would do that part 100 times over. He loved it and it went way to fast! Communication from the experience: Our initial race date got pushed due to weather and they had great email communication for the change in date and who to contact on the day of. The Rusty Wallace Experience part as a company leading up to the race has a 3 star review. Here is what to expect. The girls getting you registered were very fast and helpful. 2 ladies in a trailer, you walk up, sign waivers, purchase insurance or additional things there. 1. Ride along 2. Driving experience (Upgrade to fancier car available) 3. Ride along PLUS driving Everyone recommended adding on the 3 lap ride along so that you can ride with a professional first and get the feel for what it will be like as well as advice from a real driver while in the car. Can be beneficial if you have never done this before. Also, the insurance while optional should be a no brainer here. Regardless you go to the driver meeting: The driver meeting was intense with lots of information to cover in a short period of time but it was made very clear that safety was the biggest concern. Multiple times we were told what to do it the radio didn't work and what you should be hearing from your spotter. These are real cars that have been raced by the big boys and not modified. ((Although if you ask anyone who knows motors they will tell you they are "messed with". They can tell by the sound of the car. " You have to wear the Hans device and fire suit, and neck brace. You are strapped in extremely tight. Husband said this is a tight fit so if you are claustrophobic this could be a big challenge. I went along for the event and were allowed to sit through the driver meeting and be right along pit wall the entire time. They has a tent, bleachers, and chairs set up for the people watching the drivers. ***Here is the reason we were there til almost 4pm on a 11am class. After your class you get your gear on, pick you helmet and wait in line for the drive. **It was a beautiful Oct day-- cool enough for people not to get too hot in the racer suits.** (Delay 1) We found out during our class that one of the 2 ride along cars broke down. So, if you had purchased a ride along with or without the driving experience you were delayed. (Delay 2) The most time is not in the car but getting into the car, sitting on the edge of the car while the photographer runs back and forth between cars to take photos. (Delay 3) Car maintenance- and getting memory cards from the car camera for the purchased video. They really needed a couple more people for this. (Delay 4) Maybe another ride along car or two as majority of people were ride along. This particular delay slowed the people from the previous class from getting into the line to drive their own car. So the 10 o'clock class was still finishing their ride along and then were allowed to "cut" the 11 o'clock class drivers to get their drive time in. This was fine, I understand, but some communication would have been nice. We stood in the driver line for over an hour or so waiting just to drive. After the drive and your all done, you are helped out and then you can wait for your photo and plaque if you want one. You will have to purchase these but we were so exhausted we didn't even wait around to check them out. My hubby had an amazing time in the car!! Again, the driving itself was the highlight and he loved every second. I would highly recommend this to anyone who want to have a real race experience. It is on the expensive side but it was well worth the money or find it on Groupon like I did. Just expect to a wait, dress accordingly, take a snack.

Now they have ceased operation and directed us to our third party payer for refunds. Since the transaction took place in December my bank can no longer help. when you call Rusty Wallace there is a recording stating that refunds may be requested by email, but, goes onto say that email is "sparsely" checked and gives no time line to honor refunds. Clearly Rusty Wallace has become a world class rip off artist.
