It's not too crowded, and it's open 24-7. If you are a MAC member you can go here, or any other facility which is a nice benefit too. The only downside is that they don't have lockers, but otherwise I have been very happy coming here when I want to swing in for a quick workout in a comfortable environment.

What I like the best is this: our sessions are carefully planned to address all of my individual goal areas. She mixes up the exercises keeps me motivated. She "multi-tasks" the exercises which focus on one than one muscle group. Best of all she is very fun to work with. I recently had a shoulder replacement. Cindy worked with me in tandem with my physical therapy regime to regain mobility and strength. I really believe I made rapid gains in my recovery because of all my prior and current work with Cindy. I have nothing but positive things to say about this academy. The students were all welcoming and friendly and the instructor (John) did an excellent job breaking down technique and also explaining why the technique should be used. What I thought was really cool was that the class instruction was based around some things John had noticed from other competitors at a recent competition. He broke down what he was seeing and taught solutions to techniques that were being used. The skill level of the various belts was on par if not higher than many of the academies I have trained at along the west coast. There is a misconception that 'not a lot of jiujitsu gets in and out of middle America' and I can reassure that this is clearly not the case at Tipping Point. These guys are tough! I had a lot of fun training here and will absolutely visit again the next time I'm in town.

I did it for the membership and the personal training as training went I found myself getting weaker and found out that I had breast cancer, which caused me to have to stop. I try to let them know about the situation and they said that I made an obligation and therefore I am fully obligated to the full year no matter my situation they are not sensitive to your needs. My son continued his membership, but they completely lied to him about being able to exit with no additional fees and backpedaled on their conversation. They're out for the money. Do not trust this establishment.
