Do you think that someone from the Corporate Office would have contacted me to save someone from leaving Membership? I would think that one of the first rules of a business is to hang onto your existing Members. I now understand why the Franchises in Watertown, South Dakota, Minnetonka, Olivia, Hibbing, Eveleth, Brainerd and Pequot Lakes severed their relationships with this horrible operation. I believe that this Corporation also previously had Franchises in Redwood and Chisholm.

I complained to Corporate because my Family and I have been Members since 2014, but this defamatory e-mail from 1 of the owners is too much and absent some type of apology, I am taking my business to one of the many fine Gyms. I have a conclusion to the above entry made this morning. I was not surprised given the other reviews here that neither Ashley Boecker nor Lift Brands bothered to reply to any of my e-mails by this afternoon and they apparently do not care about customer service, particularly in an effort to maintain an existing Membership base. I visited a different Company's Gym today and Cancelled my Membership with Lift Brands, i.e. someone else is getting my money. I have worked in hospitality and retail. This "Team" needs serious customer-service training. They seem to be willing to lose an existing Membership base. You have to wonder what kind of personal training these people do. I did the math and ascertained that this Company has made approximately $14,000.00 from my Family and I over course of 10+ years, but that was all thrown out the window by a defamatory accusation and a failure to even address the customer-service issue. Given this pattern today, I now understand why franchises in Watertown, South Dakota, Hibbing, Eveleth, Brainerd, and Pequot Lakes bailed on Lift Brands. If you own stock in Lift Brands, you might want to sell soon. The previous owners were Rod and Randy. Those guys were the epitome of good customer service.
