We spend some time learning different exercises and strength techniques and then we do a solid circuit workout (usually about 20 minutes). Plus, we spend some time discussing best diet practices and swap paleo recipes. I love that I sweat and feel my muscles working, but the time goes by so fast! Partner workouts are a lot of fun too and I find those the most motivating. They still are closed and my daughter is done with softball for the year. She doesn't need lessons anymore and I have contacted the previous owners and they will not help me at all. They will not reimburse me and they tell me to wait for the new Elite Sports to open with different owners, but it's been over three months and my daughter does not need lessons anymore. The previous owners are absolutely awful human beings for stealing my $500 and not reimbursing me when they closed.

A third batting cage did have the OUT OF ORDER sign on it, I believe ours should have. There appeared to be one good working batting cage. Had to get help at least three times because they were not working at all. The staff (who were very kind) did put more $ on our card but it did not cover what we paid for and did not get. The place is in desperate need of maintenance, upkeep, update etc. because it is a bit of a shamble. Very disappointed!!
