The problems are the men's bathroom needs upgrades and maintenance, second is the black card guests cannot use the black card services, but other facilities allow the guests, this is not a show stopper but it should be re-evaluated since we pay for the black-card service. I was met with defensiveness stating I am asking many questions and customers usually don't ask that many. Then started debating with me saying do I question my doctor? After this interaction, I was shocked. I told him I will no longer be moving forward, he then disconnected the call. As the business owner this is how he conducted himself. The facility itself may be fine, but in my experience, I felt argued with and not respected as a potential client because I asked questions. Glad I found out the culture here before signing up.
