Dawn and Sherrie are 2 of the nicest caring people in the World. Now we have continued to go almost daily, almost religiously. Power pump, body sculp, Zumba, yoga, and many other classes we both enjoy. A multitude of different instructors! All very skilled. High energy! Friendly fellowship amongst us all trying to age gracefully! Give it a try. I used to play basketball, volleyball, etc. now post spinal fusion this place is my pl to feel very similar after completing a class. From a classic to an Empower or Reform class, I am challenged every single day and I appreciate that each studio changes their routine frequently. This location is extra cute because you can early tell there is a sense of community. The instructor announced that there would be a book club held next week and there were even Polaroid photos of members that finished recent challenges. The teachers are motivating, the classes are inclusive of all body types and abilities, and everyone is kind. The goal is to get stronger - not hotter, skinnier, etc., which I really, really appreciate. The customer service is also fantastic! I have had some issues with my knee and as such have had to stop going recently. The customer service team worked with me to pause my account indefinitely so that by the time I come back, I won't be paying any additional fees or increased payments. They respond promptly to concerns, and are always apologetic if something goes wrong. I've never been worried about feeling heard with them. The location itself is very convenient, and has great hours. They have classes ranging from 6am to the evening, which I really appreciate! It's such a cute place, and is always sparkling clean. When I first started working with Tyler I was on crutches recovering from a broken ankle and reparative surgery. Tyler was very cautious not to push my ankle too far and always checked in on how it was feeling throughout the workout. He even continued to work on the ankle flexibility, strength, and stiffness with me once I was discharged from PT (possibly too early). Once we were more confident in my ankle, Tyler was able to increase the intensity of my workouts and I was able to lift heavier weights than I ever had on my own. Tyler pushed me further than I would push myself (but not too far!). When I struggled to finish my set he would be there to assist if needed and would stop me when my form started to suffer. Tyler gave us great nutritional advice as well, offered suggestions for meal prepping, and helped us get in better shape for our wedding. He is very friendly, personable, and thoughtful and my husband and I both enjoyed our time working with Tyler.
