I called several times during the shut down and left 3 voicemails requesting a call back to cancel my membership. Today I went to the gym to cancel my membership and shared my frustration of no returned communication. The staff member told me they had no access to the phone system during shut down and since they reopened their phones have been off line. During the shut down they continued to collect the monthly membership payment. I am upset because they have managed to provide a daily work out via email and receive payments but have had NO access to voicemail? They will be collecting their final payment-as the membership agreement stated, it just seems shady that no one called me back.

Left messages on Facebook (where they say they will respond in 24 hours), and only auto replies are sent back. I'm very close to contacting the BBB as this is ridiculous. It shouldn't be this difficult to get in touch with this establishment.

I mostly go to Paul's classes, the hiit class on tuesdays is great. For me I like that the instructors aren't in your face, it's more at your pace. The times also work well for me. I will say it seems like a lot of middle aged women go and have been for years so I don't really socialize much.
