First off, I did not purchase anything from this company, which is actually why I am writing this review! I reached out via the Yelp request a quote because I just purchased a new house and the sellers didnt leave me a mail key. Anthony first inquired wether the box was owned by the post office and asked me to call him. During our short call he said it would be $80 to replace the mailbox lock. He also told me that the post office will do it for $50 they just dont do it as timely. This guy really looks our for his customers. He could have never told me about the USPS option to save money and taken my money. It says a lot when a service professional is willing to help you vs taking your money. original contact was timely and quoted time to arrive was very reasonable. then the tech called and said he had to stop and pick up the new keyfob. 1 hour later called the tech and he said he was finally on the way. he never called to let me know this and her told me his employer sent him to another job before mine (no notice to me). I wasn't even asked for by an ID, so it could have been anyone taking my car. very unsafe! the tech had to call someone to teach him how to open my car door. eventually he was able to open thefoor and get another Keyfob made & start my car. the key fob worked fine. At that point he notified me there was an additional charge for a service fee (should have told me the amount in the beginning. the price wasn't outrageous and the work was done correctly, so the contacts with the customer were very poor and not truthfu. read more

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. They came and changed two locks that worked fine prior to service. In the process they broke both locks, and didn't even let me know the results when they were finished. I had to call and mention that they were broken. Then they wanted to charge me another $500 dollars to fix the locks that they broke... the worst part is, they were perfectly fine with losing a client. I have used him for commercial projects - cylinder re-pins, panic bar replacement, door handle retrofit - and every experience has been a good one. He stands behind his works and his work is topnotch. His prices are extremely reasonable and his response time is quick...he also picks up his phone when you call. Great, professional locksmith with fair pricing. I had someone at my house within about 2 hours, even though I told him it would be fine to have someone come out the next day if needed. The tech was friendly, clean-cut and I was completely comfortable having him in my house in the evening, which isn't always the case with locksmiths I've met. It was an EMERGENCY...I needed a locksmith, yesterday. I needed to get into my building, it was late afternoon when I realized, I couldn't get in and I started calling around. Tim at Anytime is mobile and he told me no problem, 6pm would work for him. So, 6pm it is. He shows up, in his mobile lock van and opens the door and gets me 2 new keys and I'm only $60 lighter for the whole experience.
