First and foremost, the receptionist was so polite and helpful. She had Greg at our house within a few hours! Greg was the absolute best. There were no gimmicks and no upselling. His years of expertise allowed him to identify an issue with only a few glances. We were prepared to spend $2k on an issue that we were told we had by another company. Greg found the root cause, the affected area, and the fix was less than a tenth of what we expected! He literally got on his hands and knees to dig under our sink for us and find a little termite problem. He even stayed longer than expected to help us. He called his team to push a work meeting out! We're confident in his solution, and looking forward to his company providing quarterly pest services. 10/10 experience. read more

Long overdue for a termite inspection I called them to schedule one and they set me up with a pest control service package which was to include the termite inspection. The guy arrived on time the next day as scheduled. He immediately stated that the trees in my yard were overrun with termites. Then he sprayed my house inside and out with bifenthrin. He then showed me some bugs on my crepe myrtles that he stated were baby termites which I later identified as aphids. He seemed really knowledgeable at first glance and sold me on a $1,700 termite treatment. After he left I did some light research to educate myself on termites and realized this guy was blowing smoke up my ass. He didn't even perform an actual termite inspection in my opinion. Pretty much any type of rotten wood or limbs on trees were signs of termites. I took it at face value at first cause he was the expert. After some research and thought I realized it was either a sales pitch or this guy was not very knowledgeable. I will be canceling the treatment they scheduled for me. Luckily I'm only out the $200 for the routine pest spray. In my opinion I didn't receive any kind of expert advice which is what I really thought I was paying for I could have just bought a $20 bottle of bifenthrin on Amazon and saved myself the trouble. read more

We moved into a campground and the place was covered up with roaches, ants, and spiders. Immediately our camper got infested!! I called these amazing people. They gave me a fantastic quote and I agreed. They asked when I wanted them to come out and I of course said immediately. Lol. They came the very next day. They told me if I saw any bugs at all after a few days to call them and they would come back out free of charge. I did and they did!! No questions asked. Every three months they returned. I never saw another bug and keep in mind the campground was infested. I highly recommend using their services. The employees are very nice and respectful! Having just moved into Baytown I didn't know anyone in the area so my network of professional contacts was severely limited. After settling in, I looked for recommendations from some friends I have that live in the area. As it turns out, I needed a termite service for a newly purchased home that I am in the process of renovating. I called three companies - One corporate and two local businesses- The corporate was, as expected, lacking; and the price was almost double the other two guys. I decided to go with Anytime Pest Elimination after Greg, the owner, personally came out for the inspection and explained to me how it would be a good idea to stop the infestation before I commenced with repairs on the home. He was exceptionally knowledgable about the entire process and what really sold me was the 10-year guarantee protecting my home from future subterranean termite infestations, knowing this wouldn't be an issue for some time I decided to go with the service. Come the day of service, Greg and another employee showed up as expected and it went down smooth and orderly just as I was promised and could expect- even quicker in fact. Greg is quite friendly and a family man that cares about both his customers and employees. This "business" is absolutely ridiculous. I had an appointment between 8-10am on my 1 day off a week, and I purposefully made the very first appointment of the day because I had several other appointments afterward. The guy called me at 9:15 to tell me he was running late and he would be here in 15-20 mins. He didn't show up until 10:45. How do you run late to your very first appointment of the day, unless you just didn't wake up?!?! He was rude and had the audacity to lie and tell me he didn't say he would be here in 15-20 mins, he said he'd be here at 10:30. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone who has a life and has other things to do throughout the day other than wait for a lazy, rude pest control guy. Don't waste your money or your time. read more

We were educated on the interior ants, notified of exterior ants, all pests were treated and we were advised what to do and not to do in the future. I tried Anytime Pest Elimination after growing dissatisfied with our previous exterminator's service and quality. They fit me in the same week that I called, gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival so that I could meet them at the house, and were very thorough in their work going into the attic, pulling out the refrigerator, checking under all the sinks, etc. They also pointed out areas of the house that could be sealed or repaired to further eliminate pests. Additionally, they did not try to "hard sell" me on services that didn't appear necessary even though I inquired. I have used them twice and am so happy with the service that I've signed up for quarterly treatments. Their service and pricing far surpass my previous provider! read more

Excellent Company and response!!! - I had discover termites and a large nest , I first called my existing pest control company and they couldn't make it for 5 days, I heard about Anytime Pest control and so I called and told the manager my situation and this was at 6pm - He came to the house by 8pm that same night and we worked till 11pm getting the large termite nest dealt with, during this I also found out he happened to be on vacation and had driven in just to take care of my needs, he takes his business serious and put my needs ahead of his personal time - I really appreciated that. He then scheduled the full house treatment with in 2 days - and they showed up exactly on promised time this was excellent service - I have made the change and Anytime pest control will now also be doing my routine home pest spraying as well - very please and highly recommend this company read more
