Update: disappointed in the fact that we paid about $800/year for pest control and still have bugs. We have called them back out and service is always kind and comes & sprays something.. but nonetheless we still have bugs. Original: I had honey bees INSIDE my house (and also a crawling baby) so I obviously had a small heart attack. I quickly searched Yelp for pest control and chose this company based on their high reviews. I spoke with Cyndreka Harvard (the assistant manager) who assured me that she would come out ASAP. She even gave advise for how to temporarily handle the issues until she arrived. Once she found & resolved our bee issue, she gave us info on other issues we weren't even aware of that could have caused severe damage to our home. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the issues we were facing and how to eliminate them. This was my first experience with Truly Nolan but my third experience with pest control. We used Truly Nolen to solve an unwanted attic guest. Ira did exclusion work on the outside where the pest (possum) entered the house and took up residence. He then set traps and captured the monster. Upon finishing the rodent exclusion the reapplied blown insulation where a previous contractor had worked. Both William and Ira did a superb job and went the extra miles. Both men were courteous and considerate of our needs and schedule. I will use Truly Nolen again. read more

Cyndreka Harvard claimed that they don't exterminate mobile homes, which they do. When my husband talked to her, she sounded as though she did not want to come survey what kind of work that has to be done and someone referred us to one of her techs and she said that she would not assign him to us. That is denying both her company and her employee money. Some people may say she sounded nice, but to my husband and I, she was not. We felt as though she did not want to take the time out to survey our mobile home and we had an appointment with her, but she never showed up until my husband called to find out, then that's when she sounded as though she's refusing a customer. We recently had a rodent infestation in our home so we were referred to truly nolen and called the local office and set up an appointment for an inspection. William Nordness arrived on time and was very neat professional and very informative. He really took the time to listen to our needs and provide a professional and effective program to solve our pest needs. He called the local office and we spoke with the branch manager Cyndreka Havard who was very pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned about getting the services scheduled for us and eliminate these pesky rodents. The technician that arrived was Ira and he was also very professional and we went over the graph and agreement to make sure all our expectations would be met. I scheduled termite inspection a week ago. The inspector should have arrived between 10 AM and 12 Noon today. No one came nor did i receive a phone call to reschedule. I called the office and was told she did not why no one came or called to reschedule. The office staff was not overly concerned about the fact that i had waited 2 hours for a no show. In fact seemed happy to get off the call. Not a company I would recommend. read more

We have had several different pest control companies over the years, but Truly Nolen has already exceeded our expectations and blown the competition out of the water within the first month. We initially called for a consultation for rodent control. William Nordness came out, did the inspection and made a game plan. We have had rodent issues for years, so we anticipated it would be a long, difficult process. It was not! Will has made it so easy and he knew exactly how to handle the issue. We are less than a month in and have already seen tremendous results. We were so impressed with the company and Will, that we needed up hiring Truly Nolen to do our regular pest control as well. I was very skeptical at first because I had read one bad review (just one) about the company and also my very bad experience in the past with other Pest/Termite companies. However, Alexis from the call center, corporate office, convinced me to give the company a chance to explain. She sounded very convincing and I scheduled an appointment with Truly Nolen and Alan showed up at my door. First thing Alan did was sit down and explain about the bad review which I honestly found it very bogus on the part of the customer. Needless to say, his professional approach, knowledge and explaining in the best possible and detailed way of what is done to protect myself from termites and pests convinced me to secure my two homes by Truly Nolen. Alan gave me a good deal for both services. Jason who did the termite treatment was so thorough that i was amazed. I saw how he drilled and injected the pesticide both inside and outside our two homes. Also, I am looking forward to start the pest control as i am also very impressed about their system. They remove the electric plugs and blow the pesticide inside and then put the plugs back in place. ALAN is the person you want to do your job, he is honest, very personable and pays attention to detail, whereas I did not find anything like it with other companies. Truly Nolen is not a reliable company. I purchased there services on November 2014 and since January 2015 I called and emailed them about having ants and spiders inside the house and outside. Every time they came to the house I have to be after the gentleman asking to "PLEASE" spay here and there. There customer service is great to close the sale but GOOD LUCK if you call them with an issue. (FYI I called them and emailed 3 times in the last 6 months so they can correct the issue) read more
