We stopped in at the Shell service station by recommendation of a family member who said the folks Shell were good and honest people and might help us. (Shell 1532 S Main St, Beaver, UT 84713) We hadn't even asked for help yet when of the the service techs at the Shell Tire Shop checked on us and offered to phone a friend at Divine Auto to see if they could help us. This is how community works, we said yes. We drove over to Divine Auto Care and were met at the door as we pulled up by Adam. Adam took our car in immediately after chatting with us about the issue and determining that all we likely needed was a new thermostat. Adam proceeded to install the new part after showing us the old thermostat so we could compare the two, checked the system for leaks and test drove our to make sure everything was dialed in perfectly. Just over an hour later we were back on the road with the heater working and our temperature gauge settled out. Divine Auto Care charged us a fair price and had us back on the road toasty warm in the middle of the the first early and unexpected cold spell of the year. We were about 100 miles west of Moab, UT when our transmission gave out. RJ was contacted by Good…read moreSam Roadside Assistance operator. He and his wife came promptly to tow us and our 5th wheel to Moab. RJ also does repairs and offered to replace our transmission. It had to come from Milwaukee to his supplier. When his supplier failed to deliver it right away RJ went the extra mile (actually 500 miles round trip) to get it so we could get back on the road as soon as possible. The repair was done correctly and within the estimated cost. We are VERY PLEASED and feel like we now have a new friend.

Chris, the owner of Bobcat Towing & Repair is the hardest working person in his profession that I…read morehave ever met. I had a rear tire blowout on my 5th Wheel in Bryce Canyon City. It was a real blowout that disintegrated the tire. The blowout was so violent that is broke the leaf spring shackle on the left side and tore out the wiring to the left rear trailer jack. I was forced to run on the aluminum wheel for a bit before I could get to a safe place. I called Chris and he showed up within an hour. He was able to get the 5th Wheel jacked up, replace the destroyed tire & wheel with the spare, and secure the leaf spring so that I could limp to the RV Park across the street and get 5th Wheel setup. Chris spent the next day gathering parts to make the repairs that were required (new tire & wheel, leaf spring shackle, wiring harness replacement for rear 5th Wheel jack). This effort included a 3-hr round trip to St. George, UT. The following day he came to the RV Park and RV Park and performed all of the repairs onsite - including removal of the broken leaf spring shackle and welding a new one in place. Chris was the consummate professional throughout the entire rescue & repair process. He accomplished the entire repair as a "roadside service"! He actually saved our vacation to Bryce National Park. His work ethic is to be admired. He provided the highest level of customer service for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Chris & Bobcat Towing for any roadside repair/service you might need.
