We had a trailer wheel crack on us traveling on hwy 15 leaving Fillmore UT, headed towards St. George UT. We called 10 different wheel and tire shops and they were either closed on a Sunday or didn't have any 16" trailer wheels in stock. We called Beaver tire and Tony answered. He said he had 16" trailer wheels in stock and he could change out our old one. We were in and out in under 15 minutes. Here is a Shout Out to Scott with Beaver Tire! We were hauling a 27' cargo trailer, with a Ford Ranger inside, along with about 40 moving boxes filled with household items, up to Montana. One of our trailer tires started wobbling. We pulled off at a gas station and my husband did a 360° check and discovered that the tread was coming off one of the tires on the passenger side. We called AAA (who arrived within 15 minutes) and changed the tire with the spare. Alan, the AAA contractor, advised that we pull off at the first exit in Beaver, UT, and have them inspect the rest of the tires. We took his advice and pulled into their shop. My husband advised Scott, with Beaver Tire, what had transpired. Scott, and Sam, inspected the tires and found that there was another one just about ready to blow. Needless to say, we had all four tires replaced, based on their recommendation. Their service was not only professional, but fast, friendly, and honest. They truly cared about our well being while hauling this heavy load and wanted us to be safe. I was traveling yesterday(Sunday) through Utah and had two blowouts on my cargo trailer. The first happened on I-80 near Park City and I pulled off and put on my only spare. Afraid I would still have to travel over 700 miles without a spare, I located a wheel and tire at a Tractor Supply in Saratoga Springs. It was a good thing I did because I blew another tire on I-15 in the middle of nowhere. My planned stop for the night was in Beaver, UT and I gingerly drove the rest of the way there and arrived to the Comfort Inn a little after 8pm. I noticed Beaver Tire was right next to the hotel and although it was supposed to be closed at 8 there was someone still there. I walked over and spoke to a great young guy by the name of David who said cheerfully he would take care of me right away. He even drove his truck over to the hotel parking lot and picked up the two blown tires! He asked if I would like to have any of the new ones put on and I said yes(I had one suspect tire left on the trailer) and he said to pull into the shop and he would do that for me too. The whole time he took care of me he was cheerful and friendly and not once did I get the impression from him that he was anything but happy to help me even though he was supposed to be already closed. He provided fantastic customer service and I appreciate him very much for his approach to his work and customers. We were traveling through Utah and realized we had a slow leak in one of our Airstream tires due to a nail. We called beaver tire and they said to head in and they would have us back on the road. They started working on our tire once we arrived and actually found the leak was caused by another screw in the tire. They patched both and readjusted the tire pressure in all of our tires. This place is a joke - their staff are dishonest and their pricing is criminal. I came in with an issue as a result of tire blowout that caused damage to the shackle on the drivers side of my travel trailer in August 2023. Their initial assessment included replacing the shackles and bushings. They had a set of MORryde CRE3000 shackles for my rig. Their estimate totaled almost $1500 with the parts total for the replacement shackles totaling over $1000. I looked on Amazon and saw that the shackles sold for around $200. Their parts estimate included over a 500% markup. This should have been my queue to leave their shop and find somewhere else, but I was concerned with additional damage taking place. I tried to work with them on their pricing, but the employee I was dealing with had no authority to make any changes. And of course there was no manager or person with authority to price their parts fairly. Fast forward to February 2024, and I needed a copy of my invoice to submit to my insurance. There was additional damage that was identified after the fact. These clowns at Beaver Tire completely missed the bigger issues that were at play. Thank god for that! Just like my original experience there was no manager or owner present to locate the invoice. The only employee there had no authority to help. Apparently the manager is out sick and the owner is not around. Incredibly they run a business with no management. And their employees are rude and unwilling to provide any meaningful help or service. They are clowns. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE Beaver Tire. They are dishonest and incompetent. Their pricing is criminal and their service is rude and totally incompetent. All of this is to be expected when you don't have any meaningful management running or overseeing the business. While on vacation I was saddled with an intermittent leak on my car. The tech went over the mounted tire with a fine tooth comb and verified it was not a tread, valve or stem leak. He pulled the tire and cleaned both the rim and tire bead, inspected both and verified these were also not the problem. He remounted the tire and added a sealant to the bead wall. After doing a repair that allowed us to limp into Beaver, we contacted Beaver tire. Trey spoke to us on the phone and said to come in early the next morning. He contacted us while we were at the KOA in Beaver, and asked if he could come out at 9 PM to check to make sure what he needed for the next days service. No one could have gone further out of their way to help us like Trey. He came in at six am on a huge holiday to get us back on the road to California safely. Super glad that Beaver Tire is open on Sundays. Our 20 year old blew a tire on the I-15 a hot summer Sunday afternoon. AAA American Towing (see that 5 Star review) put the spare on and then escorted our daughter to Beaver Tire. Trin and the other nice guy ( i am so sorry to not have his name, ask Trin:), they made quick work of fixing the flat, taking off the spare, putting the fixed tire back on, and then storing the spare (this alone is a lot of work and takes 2 people who know what they are doing). It took 20 minutes on a hot summer day. The guys were clean, kind, and professional. Beaver Tire shop was super clean, looked very organized. Travelers bewareofthrse scammers. As others have reported, the pricing is criminal. I admit the workmanship was good and a fair price for the labor, but the parts pricing was about 4x retail. The morryde suspension upgrade should have been $300 and I was charged $1200. They also upgraded the leafsprings for $1000 and that appears to be about $700 too much. As a 25 year military veteran protecting our country, it is so sad to see that the enemy is within our own borders at retail businesses like this. These people should be ashamed of themselves. I wrongly believed scammers like this were a thing of the past. Again, my fault for not researching this place and the price of the parts. Please know this is an honest review from a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel. read more

Interesting to see all ratings are 5 star except for 3 one star ratings. My wife and I were headed to Cody WY a couple weeks ago and stopped for a rest. As I headed back to our motor home I glanced at the left rear tires and the outside dual looked low. I got closer and the whole sidewall was blow out. It was Sunday and the tire shop was open. They pulled the outside one off and there was a wear pattern developing in the inner tire sidewall so I had both tires replaced. We were just a couple miles outside Beaver in the early morning hours with our two young kids when our tire pressure light came on. We were able to coast into Beaver Tire, arriving at their door with our tire completely deflated and on the rim. We had been on a tight schedule to make it just in time to a funeral in Northern Utah. I thought for sure we would be delayed hours and was also dreading how much we would likely have to pay this small town tire store since we would have no other option. To our surprise, the owner of the store was just minutes away, he arrived at work, patched our tire (didn't even try to upsell us into something more expensive, which he easily could have done) and we were on the road within minutes. We got a flat out on the dirt roads with our work vehicle and took the truck here to get the tire fixed. Turns out the tires that were on our truck were rated completely wrong for the type of driving we were doing, but the men here weren't pushy about upselling to the proper tires. They took the time to explain the differences in tire ratings and let us make the choice that would best fit our needs. We ultimately decided to get the proper all-terrain tires and Yancy took the time to explain the warranty (and chat and keep us company while we waited). TOTAL SCAM, we stopped at this Shell station for gas in Aug 2017. My Wife and I were towing a 26' travel trailer I rented from a friend. While filling up a guy pretending to be sweeping and emptying trash around the pumps says "I heard one of your tires rubbing as you pulled in". Pull your trailer up (to the tire shop area) and we'll take a look. I looked at the tire and frame of the trailer and did not see any sign of rub on the frame or heat on the tire. There was a small groove on the inside of the tire that my friend said was from a previous issue. The better safe than sorry mentality kicked in even though I consider myself pretty mechanically inclined ( we were en route northern MT) I reluctantly agreed to have them look at it. They told me I needed all four "sagging" leaf springs replaced at $160/each. I figured that price was high but told them to do it. (I priced them online at $32/each later). 30 minutes later they come out and say I need to replace the bracket the leaf springs mount to and the kit cost was $1200 (aprox $400 online). I would also need longer U bolts at extra cost. for a total of aprox $2700 (if I remember correctly). Meanwhile I had been reading Google reviews and there were plenty of 1 star ratings. I told the shop just to put the new leaf springs (since they had already torn into it and I didn't trust them to put the old stuff back on without sabotage) and put all the other old parts back on. After an hour or so and expecting to pay in the neighborhood of $500-600, they hit me with a bill for $1,600! I was fuming and tried to negotiate but they weren't having it. I thought about causing a scene by warning the line of waiting customers about their scamming/overpriced ways but was afraid I would end up in the sheriff's pokey for the night. I saw at least four travel trailers and 4 or 5 cars that had just stopped for fuel get sucked into their scam over the course of 1 1/2 hours. Seems like a lot of misfortune for travelers in this area of the I-15? Coincidence?, me thinks not read more

Got hit by a drunk driver in the gorge On my way home to Montana. No major damage But the next morning decided to ask the nice looking young man (Yancy) at the tire place next to the gas station if my tires looked ok. Explained what happened. He offered to do free inspection immediately. Well actually he said a few minutes. He was checking out something on his aunts car. she said he was a very nice man. He put my jeep up high and looked at the tires. Showed me how skidding damaged the rubber and several pieces were coming off. He lifted them up and the steel belts were visible. Thank you God and thank you Yancy for possibly protecting me from more damage. I still had 500 miles to go. He changed my tires in 20 min. And I was on my way again. competitive price too! Stop going to big box stores!! Support small businesses. Not sure who the owner is of beaver tire but if it's not Yancy then I hope the owner appreciates his honest and caring attitude. read more

I wasn't pleased by my experiences with them. I was towing a trailer and notices that huge chunks were coming off. I called Beaver and he got the tire size and headed my way. He brought one on a rim for some reason, and couldn't match it up so I had to limp into Beaver anyway. He wound up putting an off-brand tire on the trailer and tried to sell me tires for my Tahoe at what I thought was a really bad price. In the end, I paid $150 for him coming to the rest area about 15 miles away and $200 for an off-brand tire. He quoted me $400 for 2 tires on the back. I wound up getting those in Gypsum CO for $300, so he was right that they were unreliable but also jacking up the cost on everything. On the other hand, if you are stranded on a Sunday in Utah I guess that is the norm. The only good experience I had was the coffee from the mini-mart that is part of the station. read more
