My husband's car got a flat tire while we on the highway, so our insurance contacted this company. They quoted us 40 mins, but came in about 15. Kenny was the one that helped us out, and he was such a pleasure to work with. He helped get get us where we needed to go safely, and even helped us through an insurance hiccup. My driver damage his 53' trailer yesterday and the tow driver took my truck as it was hooked to the trailer without permission and would not even listen to the sheriff on site to release the truck as truck was not damaged and driver should have been able to drive the truck back and only the trailer should have been towed. They stranded the driver on the side of the road and would not even let the driver take his wallet out of the truck. Now we have called the tow office, and they claim to not know anything and can't tell us anything until accounting comes into the office tomorrow because apparently their accounting personnel leave the office at 11AM on a work day. Lady in the office is not professional at all and they have been reported to the state attorney general so be careful when using this tow service read more

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. If your roadside assistance tells you they've called Anytime Towing beg and plead they change it to someone else! Don't say I didn't warn you. You have to speak to the owner in order to get your bill situated. Why is that? Because they want to run the bill up. When he finally calls, he tries to make you feel like he's given you a deal. The only thing he gave me was an anxiety attack everyday that went by without his returned call. I literally called everyday almost 3 times a day for 11 days to settle the bill. Had to get towed from the scale house to a truck stop. The DOT officer actually suggested this. Called anytime towing, they said they would drive my rig to the truck stop. They show up, decide that they were not willing to take my rig to the truck stop, that they were going to take my rig To their yard and lock it up, essentially impounding it, charge me daily storage fees and would not release it till I got my license straightened out with Colorado. They threatened arresting me which my boss overheard them say. And still wanted to charge $125 for not doing what they originally said. Called up Joes Towing, owner said he didn't have a problem with my request. When Joes Towing showed up to the scale house, anytime's driver called his boss. Anytime then proceeded to call the owner of Joes towing, cussing him out and trying to convince him not to do it. anytime towing lacks ethics because they try and f you if you're in a tight spot and change things in their best interest. I have no idea how some of you gave this place a 5 star review. This place has the worst customer service. I was stuck in the shoulder lane and called them and the lady starts screaming at me through the phone that it will take 4 hours and 200 dollars to get me off the road. She then slammed the phone on me so I called back. Before asking my question she yelled at me again saying the same exact thing so I didn't even bother. I'm normally not this annoyed with service but when you're screaming at me, that is unacceptable. What did I do to this woman to get yelled at? Anyway if screaming with attitude doesn't phase you then sure get towed by them but when other tow companies in the area give you better customer service and a faster pickup time, this please don't go with this company to tow your vehicle. read more

Awesome towing experience (if one can have such a thing). Called at 4:35pm from a remote area near Bumpass and had a flatbed on site loading up my vehicle within 35 minutes of placing the call! Matt did a great job loading and securing my Jeep Wrangler. Got me and my Jeep back to Fairfax and managed to offload at the repair shop in a pretty tight space. Would recommend the Anytime team and specifically Matt for any towing need! read more

Let me just say that Anytime towing was SUPERB from start to finish! After a long day of fun with my daughter at Kings Dominion my transmission decided to call it quits on us. I found myself stranded at a gas station near by at 11pm last night with my daughter and an hour and a half from home. I called several companies to price out the 75 mile haul of my Chevy Silverado 2500 with ladder racks and all the work truck weight. Anytime was not only the fairest in price but Lisa on the phones made a bad situation better just by being a human being. She sent over Toby with his flatbed and he got right to work. Best tow guy I have ever met from the work to the customer relations the entire long ride home to Alexandria, Va. We had a flat tire on last tuesday evening right at the Thornburg,Va exit. It was a miserable evening ...cold, rainy, sleeting etc. We called AAA and they sent out Anytime Towing. Johnny could not have been nicer, he was only able to fill the tire not patch it. He gave us some recommendations on where to get it fixed the next morning. We stayed over night, and had to have AAA send Anytime Towing out the next morning to fill the flat tire. This time Billi came out and we had prompt and professional service filling the tire. We could not wait for the tire to be patched at Xpress Tire ...several hours and we needed to get back to NC. We did get it patched at Clem's just down the street, and they were great also! Considering it was not the best situation for us ...everyone did their best to help our family during our travels. We just wanted to say thank you so very much! My car malfunctioned at 7am on heavily traveled I-95 when it was literally freezing cold - approximately 12 degrees with heavy winds. About 20 minutes after I called AAA (MidAtlantic), Stuart from Anytime Towing arrived. He quickly loaded up my car and cheerfully towed us to a repair shop about 10 minutes away. We're very grateful for how quickly he arrived and how professionally he behaved. Anytime Towing is apparently part of an enterprise that also includes Xpress Tire and Auto; they are next door to each other. Huge shout out to Matt. We experienced a flat on the side of 95 near Hanover exit. No spare as fusion's only negative. AAA sent us to a Walmart that didn't have a tire center. Sunday night and nothing open. Matt graciously waited while we determined to go to Fredericksburg location. As his own idea, he stopped first at hotel so we could check in and leave our luggage. Then took us to Walmart to drop off the car, show us how easy to walk there in the morning and then back to the hotel. That's going over and beyond expectations. I wanted to propose marriage to him by the end. Their office also kept in touch with a time update while we were waiting. Thanks so very much. 5 stars X a million. My husband and I had a pretty bad wreck a couple days ago on 95S and Anytime Towing was called to pull out our totaled truck and trailer with a motorcycle inside. I don't remember all their names, but Austin, Kenny, Brooke, Stu, Steve were amazing. Right from the start they handled a bad situation better than most people could. I am so grateful to each and every one of them. I felt such relief from them and the way they helped us in such a bad situation. I was an emotional mess and they took charge and got things taken care of that I wouldn't have even thought of. They were very knowledgeable in so many different areas of our troubles and I couldn't thank them enough. I'm not sure about other towing and recovery businesses (I've never been in an accident this bad) but I'm lucky it was that incredible team of hero's helping us. Arrived in an extended cab flat bed to take us and our two kids in car seats, but--even better--were able to get us back on the road right away rather than towing back home which would have delayed our vacation a day and had us sitting in traffic for hours. read more

My family and I were driving on I-95 by Spotsylvania, VA it was a rainy day and ended up in a 17 car crash pile up, luckily no one was hurt but my poor car was. The car wasn't drivable and we were about 1 hour 30 min away from home. We called AAA and Brandon Jones from Anytime Towing came to the rescue. We were on the crash scene for 3 hours with 2 kids very rattled and just wanted to get our car and go home. It seemed everything else was going wrong, traffic back home was insane bumper to bumper so it took about another 3-4 hours to get home. Brandon was so pleasant to talk to on the ride home. We couldn't ask for a better Tow driver to handle this terrible day with us because it was a long day for him too and he handled it very professionally. To say it had been a bad day would be an understatement. We had our second flat tire of the day when we called AAA. They sent Anytime Towings' Billi to change it and we couldn't have gotten any better service. He was so friendly and had our donut spare on in minutes but after realizing that we were still 30 miles from our hotel, Billi offered to tow us to the hotel instead. Having no idea that this service was even available, we were very grateful to accept his offer.
