Johnny could not have been nicer, he was only able to fill the tire not patch it. He gave us some recommendations on where to get it fixed the next morning. We stayed over night, and had to have AAA send Anytime Towing out the next morning to fill the flat tire. This time Billi came out and we had prompt and professional service filling the tire. We could not wait for the tire to be patched at Xpress Tire ...several hours and we needed to get back to NC. We did get it patched at Clem's just down the street, and they were great also! Considering it was not the best situation for us ...everyone did their best to help our family during our travels. We just wanted to say thank you so very much! My car was not starting, the battery was turning on though, so I figured my starter had given out on me. I called Mike to get my car towed to a local repair shop and he came as soon as he finished up the job he was on currently. It took a little less than an hour which was fine by me since I was working from home. Once he got here he tried jumping the car just to be sure. When that didn't fix it he told me he put the car into neutral and it started right away! Apparently the car hadn't gone all the way into park and so the neutral starting switch wouldn't allow the car to start. He put it back into park and tested it out at least 10 more times just to be sure and even tested it once more a few minutes later. He charged me a low fee for his services and saved me a ton of money now that I didn't have to pay for a full towing service as well as whatever I would've been charged by the repair shop. On top of it all he was super kind and told me everything he did to fix the issue as well as gave me some tips for what I need to do if it ever happens again :) as a woman in her twenties it's not often that I interact with kind people in the automotive industry so I am beyond pleased. My mom had a very similar experience when she used his services. Her car wouldn't start even when we tried jumping it. He showed up and got it working without having to tow the car so he is definitely consistently kind, ethical and helpful.

He changed the tire quickly and even stayed to watch traffic behind me, making sure I merged safely back onto the highway before leaving. In distress and barely thinking clearly, he parked in a fire lane for just a few hours. We fully understand that it was against the law -- but his prescribed pain medication was inside the car when it was towed. I called and politely explained the situation, told them it was a medical emergency, and that he needed to take his medicine every 6 hours. Their response was cold and careless. After hours of pleading, I was told someone would get back to me -- but no one ever did. By 12:30 AM, there was still no call, no help, and my dad was left suffering all night. I even texted -- my message was read, but no one replied. By morning, after my dad had endured the entire night in pain and without sleep, I called again and was told we could retrieve the car. When my mom arrived, things got even worse. There wasn't even an office -- just a girl who came outside and asked for her ID. When my mom explained that her husband hadn't slept all night because his medication was locked in the car, the girl looked her straight in the face and said, "I don't care." That was her exact response -- no empathy, no professionalism, no basic human decency. To make matters worse, the car had scratch almond size that weren't there before, and they took no responsibility, even after my mom pointed it out right there. Just like they strictly enforce their towing policies and claim on their website to be open 24 hours, I wish they showed the same urgency when someone is in crisis. A car is like a person's home -- people often have essential items inside. What if someone died not having access to what they need? What if someone had to sleep outside because their house keys were inside? What if someone with a disability was left stranded without their medical device? Last night the axle on my travel trailer broke on the interstate outside Richmond. We were stranded…read moreand not in a good place. Richard from Sweetie Boy came the rescue. He expertly loaded the trailer onto the back of their flatbed truck. It was not an easy feat considering half the trailer was almost on the ground and wouldn't roll. About half way through a car swerved onto the shoulder and came within literal inches of killing him and destroying my trailer and his truck. It was terrifying -Richard actually had to jump onto the flatbed to avoid being killed. Nevertheless, Richard loaded it like a total pro and most importantly - what I can't emphasize enough - he cared for my trailer like it was his own.
