Jayla from Soot Happens Towing was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond by contacting Tesla herself and changing the service from a tow to a loaner wheel, which allowed me to continue my trip instead of being stuck. The technician who came out was just as great--professional, kind, and efficient. He changed the tire quickly and even stayed to watch traffic behind me, making sure I merged safely back onto the highway before leaving.
