Update of my previous review: I heard from the Ford's Travel people today and they explained that…read morethey are resellers of Free Spirit Travel tours and that the bus tours I referred to were, in fact, Free Spirit Tours and not planned or facilitated by Ford's. I'm still disappointed by the tours, but as they were not a direct Ford product, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and not hold them directly responsible, but They might want to follow up with Free Spirit for them to clean up their act so it does not reflect indirectly on Ford Travel.

Well after several weeks of no word I received a check for $68 dollars and told that was the…read moredifference in the room rate I should have had and the one I received. The Agent Pat Williamson authored the letter and returned check. Again she took no blame for the error of rooms. In the letter she stated that it was my fault because the documentation she sent me stated I had a Garden view room not ocean front with a balcony. Well I'm not in the travel business so one could assume a garden view room could be a room with a balcony looking over a garden to the sea. And she was paid to ensure things were correct. What an experience!…read more Our Air Balloon Pilot, Scott was very knowledgeable and could provide us with background on the location we were flying over. This is a Sunrise flight so you have to be at the meet spot no later than 4:30am! You then shuttle to the location where you board your balloon for your ride. The views were amazing. The whole experience was so surreal. We wanted to take Earl back with us, he was such a vibe! He made everything full of fun. The booking includes: transportation from Chandler to the Launch Site, your balloon Ride & breakfast once you land. It was worth EVERY penny! I would definitely do this again if in the area. Don't debate. Just do it! Earl & Scott and their crew are amazing!

And kinda scary just a tad lol! @arizonaballoonsafaris was a great company to book with. Per person this was $199 which included breakfast and champagne.
