The staff are very helpful. I greatly appreciated the great customer service that Carter and Camile provided. We were both in a very emotional state because of the purpose of the rental so we appreciated their helpfulness. We reserved a Corolla online intentionally so we could get good gas mileage since gas prices are so hgh right now. And the fact that we did most of the driving in California, the prices were even higher for gas. Like most rental car places they didn't have the car that we had reserved. I think this issue happens at all rental companies and it is a frustrating experience. I wish that the actual cars available are shown upon reserving. We ended up renting a Nissan Sentra which got good gas mileage as well. The car only had $20,000 miles on it so that was a plus. It was about as comfortable as it could be for an economy model. The waiting room at this location is on the small side for how many people are there. Allow extra time for pick-up. It took us 45 min. Drop off was a breeze amd only took 5 minutes. We would definitely rent from this location again.

We received a car with a quarter of a tank in gas and a tire that was leaking air rapidly. We did not discover this until we were leaving for Flagstaff. Brandon Green is the "Branch Manager" that gave us that car. We obviously were very frustrated and not happy customers. Thankfully we were very lucky to be able to be helped by a very helpful young man in Anthem and he had a car that was available. He got us in and out and back on the road quickly. He was filling in at that location and I'm disappointed that I don't remember his name. He saved our very important day, unlike Brandon in Sun City.

    Vegas Bound or Not!!…read more Time for that road trip to Vegas! Got my reservation all set, ready for check in. We got here for 7:30 a.m. pick up and the rental is not ready. Sometimes life happens and right now we are caught up in that moment where we have no control. As we sit here the lobby fills up with customers needing to go vroom vroom in their rental car. Our car was supposed to be ready, but it's not. What do you do when you cannot control the situation? In today's day we wait. What else is their to do? We wait and we're supposed to be on the road right now. Are we no? Playing the waiting game is fine, but when you check in right in at 7:30, first customer and have to wait over an hour for a car they are supposedly cleaning it's tedious. Time continues to tick away and I'm sure that they are cleaning my rental. Why was it not cleaned last night? Patience is a virtue! The staff here move with purpose and are super nice. They seem non attentive to issues and time constraints that individuals have and must keep. I just sit here waiting, feeling ignored. As customer after customer are placed in their cars, remember that patience is a righteous virtue. When I have inquired with the status of the cleaning it's the same line every time. They are working on it. Yes, all of our time limits were pressed back and had to be ignored this morning due to the lateness of this rental. In the future the company needs to make sure that when customers make a reservation a few weeks in advance they do it for reasons to keep appointments ON TIME! I have been renting with Enterprise for as long as I can remember! This is the first issue that I have run across that was not attended too properly. Will I use them again, yes but at the time this was unsettling. But all happens for a reason. So let's just keep hope alive.

In addition, the office staff is has always on site to their published office hours. The technicians who clean & service the cars always does a fantastic job of maintaining the cleanliness of the cars & maintains the proper fluid levels and air pressure on the tires.     Horrible. Customer service was non existent…read more Would not accommodate someone who experiences disability regarding the difficulty in having an all electric car. (It was a mystery car!!??) We explained at airport counter and again at location in Goodyear. We returned the car within 2 hours and Avis at the Hampton Inn charged us $120. When we asked to keep car they said they couldn't cancel the return. So we left car there paying $120 to drive for 2 hours. Horrible customer service in everyway. Both agent at airport and Caby Welsh Store Manager at Hampton Inn. Sometimes families ARE the exception (do not fit the box) WE DID NOT KNOW OUR MYSTERY CAR WAS ALM ELECTRIC- but nit even slight accommodation given for the difficulty of managing an electric car for someone with mental/developmental disabilities. Called and explained to both locations but they both refused to adjust our reservation. They did not even try to arrange for a solution at all. Their motto is not even close to being accurate. Never again AVIS.
