This is a Sunrise flight so you have to be at the meet spot no later than 4:30am! You then shuttle to the location where you board your balloon for your ride. The views were amazing. The whole experience was so surreal. We wanted to take Earl back with us, he was such a vibe! He made everything full of fun. The booking includes: transportation from Chandler to the Launch Site, your balloon Ride & breakfast once you land. It was worth EVERY penny! I would definitely do this again if in the area. Don't debate. Just do it! Earl & Scott and their crew are amazing!

They cancelled a flight because predicted high winds. They won't risk the safety of their passengers. The next day weather was perfect. Their teams are obviously well trained professionals. We had the privilege of working with a ground crew consisting of Tami, and Kyle. They worked hard to prepare everything for the trip. Wonderful friendly team. Our pilot was Jon Thompson. His skill level and professionalism are superb. He is an obvious pro committed to taking great care of his passengers and insuring a fun but safe flight. He is also a great conversationalist. Made us feel comfortable and has a great sense of humor. Cannot imagine how anyone could do a better job than Rainbow Ryders and their team. They are a 10 +. We did a sunrise hot air balloon ride, so we had to be up at 5am, and leave before 6am because it's about a 30 min ride from Phoenix. When you arrive, you register in and then they will assign you a hot air balloon pilot. Once everything is ready to go, each pilot will call out their own name for guests assigned to them to follow them to a van. Each van then takes each group to a place that's about maybe 20 min away to a different location to where they set up the air balloons to take off. Each pilot will go over key things to be aware off and how to enter into the cabin of the hot air balloon. There's plenty of time allotted to take pictures (lots of people dressed up so they could get cute photos with the hot air balloons as a backdrop), but keep in mind it's so cold early in the morning so you may want to bring a light jacket. After the ride, the pilot cracks open a bottle of champagne and juices so we can toast to an amazing ride. This was an incredible experience and I highly recommend it if you can (and for those afraid of heights, I promise the ride itself is smoother than riding a plane, it's the most slow and steady ride you can experience!).

Marek met us at Brown's Ranch Trailhead with our fat tire bikes, helmets, water and snacks. Safety was a top priority and Marek made sure our bikes were the right height for us. We booked the sunset tour and I am so happy we did. Marek was so informative and shared a lot of history and information about the area we were in. I had never explored a desert setting and I have to say it is breathtaking! The entire time I felt like I was on a fake movie set - YES it's that beautiful! Marek took lots of pictures and even recorded a few videos. Hours after our tour he sent us a custom mini video with pictures and videos of our tour. If you have time for a bike tour please do not hesitate to book the Sunset tour with Sonoran Outdoor Adventures. We chose the beginner level for our tour and although it was a lot of peddling, we survived! Can't wait to do it again!
