Scott, Earl, and the rest of the crew were incredible!! They were so organized and informative, not to mention they are all hilarious and super friendly! Captain Scott took us through the mountains and we got to see some wild burros on our ride. At the end, we got a delicious little breakfast with mimosas. I would recommend this company over other hot air balloon companies, Captain Scott and the crew make it personal, scenic, and memorable!
When I say amazing and once in a lifetime I mean it! This was so fascinating and fun! The staff were super friendly and really made this experience so memorable for me. Be prepared to get up early so if you aren't in the best mood early in the morning maybe you shouldn't pick this. However if you want to experience this once in your life book with this company. From the meet up, to the inflation, to the flight, to the landing and breakfast after it was a perfect morning.
I'm not going to lie, I am truly terrified of heights and had anxiety for weeks knowing that it was inevitable going on a hot air balloon ride. I must say that my tensions were eased and rather quickly. Staff were knowledgeable and the pilot was great and had fun stories to share in flight. Overall, 10/10 would definitely recommend!
Decided to check off a buckle list item to start off the new year and so glad I went with these guys. All of the crew members were awesome but I have to give a special shootout to Earl. His energy, his passion, his personality was EVERYTHANG. Not only does this business have the world's largest hot air balloon ride in the Western Hemisphere that can hold up to 28 people, they allowed us to take photos in the hot air balloon, were willing to take photos for everyone and were just very welcoming. I refuse to try another hot air balloon ride business after getting such quality and top notch service. They even provide champagne and breakfast upon landing and gave us all a cool certificate. I absolutely can not praise these guys enough. If this is something you have always wanted to do, do it here!!
This was an AMAZING experience. Scott and crew were ALL so friendly. It was awesome seeing how they all work together and Mel, let's just say it looked like the guys were trying to keep up with her. Homegirl held her own and did it with ease. This is something you must experience if interested, not scary AT ALL. Some moments you feel as if you're not even moving. Sis and I would both do it again and again. Amazing company, staff was EVERYTHING!
Omgggg what an experience!!! I can't express how great pilot Scott abs his crew were!! The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Once we arrived at the launch site the crew went to work in unloading the balloon and basket. You never really know how much work goes into this until you see it first hand. The balloon itself is massive, scaling at 10 stories high. The largest balloon in the US! The crew gave us a brief overview of the history of hot air balloons which was so interesting. The takeoff was so smooth and once we were in the air you couldn't hear a thing. It was so quiet and peaceful. The views were unbelievable!!! Pilot Scott took his time explaining how he dies what he dies and how long he's been on the industry. Once we landed we were greeted with ceremonial champagne toast and complimentary breakfast. This experience will go down in the books!!!
This was my first time riding in a hot air balloon. Our pilot, Scott, was knowledgeable and friendly. He kept us safe, and we had a very smooth takeoff and landing. Earl was our driver. He communicated well, had a great personality, and I loved his voice (he sounds like a cartoon character) it was beautiful and serene, calm and zen being up in the air. I had an amazing time.
This was hands-down the most incredible experience. I've done one other hot air balloon ride before and this one I would pick over the other time and time again. Just a note - this is the largest hot air balloon in the western hemisphere, that should tell you something from the start! The entire experience from start to finish was nothing short of incredible. The entire team was so friendly and knowledgeable, and incredible the whole time. I am NOT a fan of heights, but the ride itself is so peaceful and amazing, you cannot even tell you are up in the air (unless you look straight down, which I did end up doing - worth it!) The whole scenario after the ride just kept the experience going - champagne popping in the desert and an entire prayer said devoted to ballooning. I even had a special request to keep the champagne cork to add to my collection back home, and one of the team turned the cork into a hot air balloon! What a special keepsake and moment for me to remember. Hands down, book with this crew, they know what's up and how to make this special.

From beginning to end, this was a fabulous experience! Every crew member was so nice and some had a great, animated sense of humor (Earl). I was in awe watching the balloon fill up. The size was incredible...100 feet high! Pilot Randy did a great job and had some fun facts and stories to share as we floated over the valley. Learning about old time traditions added to the experience. Champagne brunch at the end was quite tasty and a pleasant surprise. If you haven't done this yet, don't let the opportunity pass you by.
Knocked this off the bucket list while in Arizona for business. What an experience! Our Air Balloon Pilot, Scott was very knowledgeable and could provide us with background on the location we were flying over. This is a Sunrise flight so you have to be at the meet spot no later than 4:30am! You then shuttle to the location where you board your balloon for your ride. The views were amazing. The whole experience was so surreal. We wanted to take Earl back with us, he was such a vibe! He made everything full of fun. The booking includes: transportation from Chandler to the Launch Site, your balloon Ride & breakfast once you land. It was worth EVERY penny! I would definitely do this again if in the area. Don't debate. Just do it! Earl & Scott and their crew are amazing! read more

Knocked off a bucket list item celebrating my birthday by getting on a hot air balloon ride in Arizona!! This was an experience!! Great views! And kinda scary just a tad lol! @arizonaballoonsafaris was a great company to book with. Per person this was $199 which included breakfast and champagne. This is a sunrise flight so you need to be there at 4:30 A.M. No exceptions!!! This was dope though, someone even got proposed too on our ride Would I do it again? Idk! But 10/10 experience read more
Up up and away! I went to Arizona with my family for Christmas and while we were there we went on a hot air balloon ride with Arizona Balloon Safaris! This was the best price for a family of 4! Breakfast is included! We signed up on their website and then they emailed us instructions on where to meat and an estimate of how long the whole ride would be. We parked in a grocery store parking lot. There was two white unmarked vehicles and a white truck pulling a long trailer. When we arrived we signed the waivers and got in the vans. We drove north for a few minutes to find a nice open spot where they unloaded the basket and balloon! It was amazing to watch them put everything together! The basket did not have a door/latch system. Everyone had to climb in. They did have a stepstool for those who needed it. My dad has little mobility in his legs so we had to use the stepstool both times, entering and exiting the balloon. It was a little bit of a challenge but we made it :) Once in the air, the pilot was nice and funny! He answered everyone's questions and pointed out fun facts and etc. When it came time to landing we had a rough time but the crew on the ground was great to jump right in and help! They then helped unload everyone and began to set up breakfast! We all got a mini quiche, croissant, fruit, and mimosas! After breakfast we all got back into the vans and they took us back to the grocery store parking lot. Over all it would a little less than 4hours. Such a great and amazing experience. Highly recommended! Great crew! read more

They "redeemed " my voucher even though I called in advance to try and cancel because I had a family emergency come up. At that time there website has no explanation for having to cancel / refund or how much time you have to cancel. Groupon, who I purchased the voucher through, was also no help. Thank you for stealing my $250! read more

Please read this before purchasing!! Do not purchase!!! This was a horrible experience. Showed up at 5:45 to check in. Left Safeway parking lot at 6am on the dot. Then we drove around for an hour and forty five minutes. Yes, 1 hour 45 mins!!!! The sun has already risen so much for a sunrise hot air balloon ride. It's now 8:15 we just took off, only going around in a very very small circle. It's now 8:45 and we landed. I just can't believe this. Waiting for them to set up breakfast now. They set the champagne glasses on the ground before we drink out of them. Breakfast was really bad, stale croissant, cold sausage link, really bad quiche and old wrinkled grapes. I would not recommend this to anyone. 10:00am Loading back up on vans to go back to Safeway parking lot. Again do not buy. I would research other companies. read more

Absolutely recommend!!! What an experience. Randy and staff, especially Earl, were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, entertaining and just an all around pleasure. We went on the sunrise flight today and from arrival through end departure, the staff kept us up to speed on the process, from checking wind, checking locations and ensuring the wind was appropriate for a safe flight, to the balloon details and history (the largest basket/balloon in the United States). When we landed, they performed the Hot Air Balloon prayer ceremony and toast and then provided breakfast (quiche, turkey sausage and biscotti). read more

This is one of the most greatest experience of my life we showed up in a parking lot and met up with the whole entire group everybody was great and helpful we didn't know we were supposed to have a waiver signed and they had some pre printed out ready for us to sign we all loaded into Vans and went and checked for the wind conditions which was absolutely fun and then I wanted to help set up the Bloon they gave me every opportunity I wanted to help we watch the Bloon be set up and we all loaded took an amazing flight and then landed at a champagne breakfast they opened up a little gift shop for us to buy souvenirs plenty of opportunity to take plenty of photos we drove back to where we had parked and I'll Mets great time I recommend this company for anybody read more

Apparently the weather was great...we drove out to the take off area, got to help set up the balloon, we got to go inside of the balloon while it being blown up to take some pictures. The ride was super smooth and the pilot was great. All the staff are fantastic. We got Champaign and a delicious breakfast as well. Everything was perfect! read more
