I called Anza Locksmith @ 6:15PM because my daughter and her friends had driven up to our family cabin in Idyllwild to spend the weekend and were unable to find the key that we leave tucked under the deck. My gun safe lock was jammed and the key very old and damaged. Kevin made me a new key and advised me to try a few things, like rocking the cabinet forward and backward and from side to side, so if something had fallen inside against the lock, this will hopefully clear the lock. That did the job. The new key works perfectly and the cabinet will now open. Kevin was very helpful. And this whole ordeal only cost $10 for a new key.
