Helpful and professional! Would use again in a heartbeat!! AAA affiliated! I locked myself out of my apartment at 8 pm last night and truly started to panic. No neighbor with a spare, landlord out of town, no other way in, and a locked complex that if I left I wouldn't be able to re-enter (and couldn't let a car into either). So i turned to yelp, and here was (one of the few) 24 hour locksmiths. Despite my myriad of issues and not knowing my work cell number (my personal cell was locked inside too), the woman on the phone was courteous and said she'd send someone over and figure it out. No locksmith horror stories here! In comes Sal (or Saul, I didn't quite catch it). About 30 - 45 min later he showed up, was polite about walking to my apartment with just a few tools, chatted with me as he worked, and got me back in within a few minutes and no damage to lock or door!! They cut mailbox keys for me, I couldn't get them to work for some reason, more than likely I was the reason but when I went back and told him they recut to new keys and gave them to me at no charge and they worked perfectly.
