I have been going here for decades but in the last year, it takes forever to get picked up. This year I have used them 5 times and I have not had a bus pick me up earlier than 25 minutes and the longest over 45 minutes. I saw 3 park and fly buses and 9 park sfo buses in the 31 minutes I waited last time. Seriously, it took them 10 minutes to pick me up at the anza parking lot and that was after I called them. I am not sure if they are trying to save money or what but the service is getting worse. It might time more time to see a bus pick up than fly to LA! I would not mind if it was once but this fact is every time! Now considering if it is worth it to drive further north to go to the other off parking lots read more

I've never had a better experience parking at an airport. Before we even had the bags out of the car, the shuttle was there at our car and the driver loaded everything up. Very quick drive with only one stop at domestic flights, then on to our stop at international departures. When we returned, a shuttle was just leaving and was full, so we decided to wait for the next one. It was probably a 5-10 minute wait. And again, dropped off right at our car. I probably would still be circling the on-airport parking by the time I drove off. Plus significantly less expensive. Definitely will be using them in the future! read more

Do not park here I repeat do not park here. I just arrived from my trip from Boston at 10:30 PM. My wife waited 20 minutes for the bus to come when she gets to the place they give her her her car right away but there's a line of cars to get out and she's waiting another 20 minutes just to get out of that parking lot I would never ever come here again, go to SFO long-term parking at least you can take the shuttle bus there and find your car. It's not worth the money you're saving, especially when you have to sit out on the curb for an hour before you can even get the car. read more

This was a very seamless experience! Shuttle picked us up at our car and promptly went to the airport. The shuttle was clean! On return we called and headed to the pick up area. Parked here for a long weekend trip. Valet service was very convenient and shuttle was about a 10 minute wait. Great thing was that the shuttle called ahead and my car was ready by the time we got there. The staff is very nice. Location is also right off the freeway. While the other off airport parking services have shuttles running frequently, Anza requires you to call when you are at the shuttle stop. This may be new due to Covid, but it seems all other companies are back running at pre-pandemic frequencies. I tried calling multiple times over the course of 20 minutes but no answer. I even left a message for the general manager. When someone finally did pick up after 20 minutes of trying, he asked which terminal and said he would send a driver. If you're looking for easy pick up and drop off when traveling out of SFO, I would suggest looking into another off airport parking company. Anza is not the most reliable, although rates may be cheaper. So if you're going for a rate that's a few bucks cheaper with unreliable pick up and long wait times, go for it. Otherwise, find another parking lot/garage. read more

Admitting bias, I am loyal to this parking lot. Yes, the perks of being related to the company is nice, but, in no way, influences my opinion of the professionalism and service here. Coming from San Francisco, there is no shortage of long term parking lots, but the extra drive is worth it. From the valets to the shuttle drivers to the cashiers, the staff here are courteous and welcoming. Logistics wise, everything makes sense. Been parking here regularly for the past eight years without incident. Be sure to check their website or AAA for discount coupons. Will be back without hesitation. read more

They don't have enough buses doing airport pickup. After 45 minutes waiting and watching two of their full buses drive past, we gave up and took a taxi to the lot. (The other off airport lots all had 4-5 buses come by and stop while we were waiting.) read more

No I called for the shuttle. Was the only one waiting for the shuttle. All of a sudden a large group of white people come, then I'm pushed to the back unable to board the shuttle. I called and spoke with some on site he laughed and said well wait. I usually park with Park N Fly, I'll be sticking with them. read more

I was a Anza customer for many years but will be now using the Airport park and fly as I sit watching thier shuttles go by waiting 20+ minutes for my Anza shuttle yet again. I fly somewhat frequently and all three times I've used Anza this year the wait has been a minimum of 20 minutes and up to 40. Today one of the worst as when the shuttle finally comes it fills making 10 of us wait for the next shuttle that is supposed to be right behind this one. It's not and we wait another 10 minutes in the cold w/ my 80+ parents. Anza used to be run much better. You've lost a longtime customer. read more

I decided to leave my car here for a few nights because it was cheaper than ubering from my apartment. I booked this place through SpotHero, but this isn't necessary. The lot was huge and had room to spare. Within 5 minutes of when I parked, a free shuttle picked me up to take me to my terminal at SFO. When I returned from my trip, I called the office and they sent a shuttle to pick me up at the off-airport parking drop off point. Since I knew the layout of the airport pretty well I was able to find the pickup spot, but it could be difficult to find since for someone who didn't know SFO well. Overall I had a good experience, but they could have clearer directions on where the pickup locations are. read more

Service has gone way downhill last two years. They have very infrequent shuttles now both at parking lot and at sfo. As a result, much longer waits at parking to get a shuttle (adds stress pre flight) and after a long return trip, extremely long waits to be picked up at airport. I assume they are trying to cut costs by fewer shuttles, and this makes for more aggravation for travelers. We are looking for new parking service and suggest everyone else do the same. They don't seem to be responding to need for more frequent shuttles read more

Anza overall is ok , but i have to tell you when you do have an issue their customer service does not respond they are not at all the best bang for the dollar Thought that I was generating lots of credits by getting my little card punched , the card generating credits for parking in exchange for my punched cards, when i recently asked about exchanging they said that system is no longer available. so all the parking that I did was to no advantage. I Right across the street from Anza is less expensive, and just as easy to use. I've been a customer for at least 5 years and was generally happy with the service, but they lost me as a customer today. It took way too long to pick up from the international terminal, and I watched 5 Park SFO shuttles go by before Anza shuttle show up. The shuttle had no place to sit. When I shared my poor experience with the lady at the check out gate, all I got back was a blank stare. I'm done with Anza, time to try other parking lots. read more

I had used Anza twice successfully and so left my car there for Thanksgiving travel. On the return they were grossly understaffed/under-supplied with shuttles. Park n Fly and Park SFO were sending shuttles every 8-10 minutes, so if one filled up another was right behind it. Three different Anza shuttles filled, and one went whizzing by before I could finally board one. This was 40 very cold minutes after I called. THEN the driver drove me to my car and it had been parked in. He called someone to move it, but left me alone in a dark parking lot at 11:00 at night until someone finally moved the car blocking me in. I am never using them again. First time this ever happened to me but, I got charged extra for my flight being delayed so if you choose to use this parking lot make sure you choose a later return time just in case your flight is delayed. They don't care about your delayed flights. I was told, "we don't have anything to do with the airport." In the same way, I don't have anything to do with my flight being late either. I have been a loyal customer since 2013, and the service has only gotten worse over time - especially in the past 3 years. Tonight i had to wait 45 minutes for a pickup, because they kept getting full on terminal 1, while I was on terminal 3. Not the most fun with two small kids and rain. Clearly they need to figure out a way to randomize the terminal, or better, hire more staff and run more buses (there were inactive buses at the parking lot). Especially since it is holidays. This is our second time using Anza and it's fast and efficient, haven't had to wait long for a buss. The price is okay, but I'm alright if it's not the cheapest over the "ease" factor. Reserved a spot on line, and you pay a deposit with the balance due upon return. Might even try the valet, next time. After our crappy experience with Park n' fly SF ( Oakland one is great) who wants to be waiting in the rain for a buss forever, and then have a crazy ride back to the lot that is over stuffed with people ride when you're tired.. nope Anza you're my SF Airport connection. read more

I called today for a parking. The lady with some accents. Does not understand her company at all. I asked her if there was $10.99. She said she does not know. Why would she be working in Anza Parking if she does not know the deal. It's like saying I am stupid so do not asked. Seriously, she really said that I am not where you are getting the $10.99 per day and it says on their website $10.99. I asked her If I could book a parking and would it be true that per day was $10.99. She said she does not know what I am talking and go to the website because she does not know that price. What!!!!! She does not know. This lady need to find a mother job. She does not know the company price. Please stay way as possible with that lady. Service is a real hit or miss at Anza. When we originally parked our car at 3AM to catch a 5AM flight, our shuttle driver politely followed behind us and was ready to help load our bags onto the shuttle. He also took the time to unload our bags at the terminal. Fast forward a week or so when we return land at 11PM. Our plane happened to debark at terminal 1 and when we crossed the street to wait at the non-airport shuttle stop...not one but TWO Anza shuttles dropped off passengers and sped off without picking us up. Frustrated, we saw them stop at Terminal 2 and so we hiked ourselves and 5 bags down on a cold windy night. Upon entering the shuttle, I noticed a nicely laminated sign above the driver that said that pickup only occurs at Terminal 2 and 3. I guess that makes it our mistake? But really, who is going to remember a detail like that? If that's the policy, print it on something physical like your ticket. Then when we got dropped off, we noticed our car was blocked in. It took the driver nearly 10 minutes to flag down a valet who could move the car but he didn't even let us remain on the shuttle during that time. Remember, it was one of those cold, windy nights too.... The attendant at the gate somehow heard of our ordeal though and apologized on behalf of Anza Parking. read more

0 stars. They get you to the airport just fine. Then once they have your money, don't expect to be picked up. They straight up left us for an hour waiting after we got our bags. Had to get a cab. Incompetent. Update: here's some context... my kids and I landed and collected our bags at SFO. Traveling with kids is already stressful, perhaps you can relate. After we had our bags, I called to request a shuttle- we were told pick up was 'upon request'...the man on the phone said he'd send a shuttle and almost hung up before I could ask where we should wait. He asked where we were and I told him United, domestic baggage carousels. He said: exit door #5 and wait, which we did. 20 minutes later I call to check in. A woman this time asked where we were and I said: united, domestic baggage carousels, door #5. She said someone should be there in 7-10 min. I called back every 10 minutes for an hour. Each time I was asked to confirm the location and told that someone would be there within 10 minutes...then I wrote the review after getting a quote from a cab...but I decided to call one more time. This time it was the first man I spoke with. He asked me where we were and I told him. He said 'we never pick up from there' and told be to go to arrivals. So why did he tell me to exit from the baggage carousel door number 5? Why, after calling a dozen times...and after informing them of my location each and every time...why did it take so long to give the right pick up location? I don't care how many places you print it on a receipt, when someone calls you to get the answer and you give inaccurate info and then proceed to ask after my location 11 more times but fail to inform that we are waiting in the wrong place, then this is on YOU. If you cannot perform the service that was fully paid for, you do not deserve to be in business. You did not earn that income. You took it. I tried to file a complaint but was met with nothing but attitude. You really and truly do not care. Your reviews paint the picture well-enough. I won't be fooled again. My kids came down with fevers after having to wait outside in the cold night for over an hour. They were cranky and tired and literally in tears. Curse you. You had the opportunity to make it right with each and every passenger you screwed over. You elected to give some meaningless response, one that I hope everyone else can read. I've been using Anza for the past 5 years and the service has gone downhill since COVID. Maybe they're trying to save money but there are no shuttle picking up at the airport even after you call them. Over the last few times I had to wait 20-30 min for a pickup. (I fly out monthly). Meanwhile I see 3-4 parkSFO shuttles go by. I'm now seriously considering whether to use the airport long term parking. At least I wouldn't be wasting so much time just waiting for a pickup. Location is close to airport and the price is low. If you only care about cost, this is a good option. The location itself is not covered and the shuttles don't run enough. We had to wait at the airport watching shuttles from other off airport services going by multiple times. I asked Anza about the wait and the fact that twice their shuttle was full and couldn't take us - their reply was "yeah, we don't have as many shuttles as the other places." I get it, they are saving money. All good, but you should know before you choose them. read more
