We called and we did get a very friendly girl who helped us and replaced the parts! However the parts came in the day after my husband left for deployment so I just left the pieces in the box for a couple months! After putting the new doors on, one of the doors after a week split up the side and would no longer stay on, mind you the my are pre drilled holes! I sent an email explaining what happened! After getting the run around and then telling me they would replace it, they came back and told me since I already got replacement parts I couldn't get anymore! I said no thats ok I can do it..he said ok..I signed for it and he brought it in..THATS WHEN I NOTICED..THERE IS NO CUSHION MATTRESS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE MATTRESS...you are suppose to flip your mattress every 3-6 months to keep it in good shape..well I cant! This does not have ANY mattress CUSHION on the flip side..its just a piece of material covering springs...now in the shop you would not notice this Unless you FLIP the mattress over in the store and they do not allow you to do that in the store..so NOW I have a mattress thats only a ONE SIDED mattress....and when I try to call the store...no one answers....I was DUPED!!!!!!!
