The little black ones are acquainting themselves with waiting customers seated in all the chairs. They are also on the countertop desktops where plugs and laptops plug ins are located. I had a situation where the center ring wasn't put on and caused a bit of a problem and some extra money to get another ring. I explained to the manager, and he apologized on behalf of his guys.
