The little black ones are acquainting themselves with waiting customers seated in all the chairs. They are also on the countertop desktops where plugs and laptops plug ins are located. Mr. Lamar went into attack mode and sprayed down the chairs in wait area. The cost for the job was fairly calculated and the wait wasn't too long. It appears there were 3 persons ahead of me. After spending nearly two hours stranded on the side of the road, that level of responsiveness was a huge relief. Once he arrived, he got right to work and had the tire changed in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, and we were safely back on the road much faster than expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce yourself before getting started. It was dark, and we were two women stranded on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. I genuinely appreciated the urgency and willingness to jump right in and get the job done, but in that situation, a quick introduction would have gone a long way in helping us feel more comfortable and know that the person approaching our vehicle was the roadside assistance we had called. Every time I come here, the guys are polite, professional and they are about the business - getting customers in and out. I had a situation where the center ring wasn't put on and caused a bit of a problem and some extra money to get another ring. I explained to the manager, and he apologized on behalf of his guys.
