Have been a couple of times. Went today for vertigo symptoms. Has always been a positive experience.

I have visited this urgent care three times, and my most recent experience was unacceptable. The provider sent my son's prescription to the wrong pharmacy, despite the correct pharmacy information being clearly written on the paperwork I completed. This was a failure to review basic patient information, and it directly delayed my child's access to necessary medication. This is not a minor oversight--this is healthcare, where attention to detail is critical. After contacting the office, the issue was still not corrected in a timely manner. I was forced to resolve the situation myself by calling Sav-On in Arcadia to transfer the prescription from CVS. This should never fall on a parent to fix. Situations like this reflect a serious lack of care and accountability. I expect a formal acknowledgment and apology for this error. Patients should not have to chase down their own prescriptions due to provider negligence. read more

I was at AP urgent care at Arcadia on 8/8/26. I had stomach ach. The office is so clean. I met NP JAMES YAO. Best NP I ever met. explain very well. he even drawed it in the paper and explained so I could understand it. very polite, very professional,very compationate. very caring. he ran some test. which I really appreciate. AP people called me the result. I had to call back today. ask for NP JAMES YAO. Thank the Lord. so lucky he happens to be on duty today. Although my insurance company stated that my Anthem EPO plan is covered by this particular urgent care but they still decline me and ask me to go to somewhere else. The front desk lady seems to be confuse when she look at my insurance card and she finally told me they only take PPO plan. I don't know it is my insurance company fault or this clinic fault but I end up going to another urgent care and they are very familiar with EPO plan and took me right away. read more

Was actually going to go to Methodist, but was concerned the wait would be too long. I had the car door slam on my hand, it wasn't broken but the swelling had grown. AP urgent care was very clean& minimal inside. Check in at the front desk, paid the copay, and we waited about an hour and a half with four people ahead of us. I saw Dr Sonny Nguyen, he was very kind and quick to help, he helped drain the blood and gave me some information for the next couple days. read more

If I could give this facility a -100 I would. I visited this facility a few months ago and the experience was so negative I still recall it and feel I must share it. Note, I previously tried to contact the company's customer service to file a complaint but the information I found online was of course useless. I was feeling very ill one day and went to this facility because it was close by. When I signed in I shared that I was employed had a PPO and wanted my primary insurance utilized. The waiting room had several people. I watched them come and go. I watched new people come and go. Yet, no attention was provided to me what so ever. I also noticed that I was the only person of a certain ethnic group. Finally, I went to the desk and asked when I would be seen. The young girl (who assisted everyone but me) shared she had not yet checked my insurance during all my wait time. Within two minutes she told me that my insurance did not cover urgent care facilities. I knew it did and attempted to explain so. The front desk person just provided me with a piece of paper and coldly directed me to Exter urgent care, another urgent care facility (this is after telling me that my insurance does not cover urgent care). I was getting worst so I went to Exter Urgent Care in Pasadena, which took my PPO insurance without any issue and saw me right away. Unfortunately, my situation had gotten worst wile waiting at AP Urgent care, and my blood pressure was in the danger zone when I reached Exter care. They had to do an EKG and put me on medication. Exter Care treated me with kindness and respect, and professionalism. The manner in which I was treated at AP Urgent CARE was unprofessional and the message sent was clear, people from various backgrounds are not welcomed at this facility. I was a mess when I came in to get some help for a staph/strep infection tonight. Was greeted and checked in by a male staff who was quick and sharp with his pharmacy locations. He notified me of my co pay even tho I had already left my card with him and ready for it to be swiped. When he realized I was looking for a female practitioner, he took the time to come toward me in the waiting room to notify me that the only provider on duty was male. He could have been a slob and called me over and told me over the counter but he didn't. I really appreciated the front desk professionalism. I was brought in by someone I presume was the medical assistant, she took my vitals and got the basics down. Appreciated that she informed me how much time I had before I was going to be seen so it afforded me time to go to the restroom since I came there straight after work. She remained for the rest of the appointment and even joked for me to head to the pharmacy ASAP as I was heading out. I took her advice. ;) I was seen by NP Thomas Han. I was feeling extra uncomfortable because my infection was near a personal private area and I knew he had to look at the area. He remained very professional by keeping his distance initially, kept a straight face and in delivering his diagnosis both in layman's terms and medical terms. He also helped me troubleshoot w bandaging since I wasn't aware the product I was using could be aggravating to my skin. He noted to check back in a weeks time if things didn't get better, that gave me good reference for what I should be expecting. From start to finish I believe I was in and out in 1 hour! I was able to pick up my medication within 30 minutes so I'm please with 1.5 hours start to finish. As I walked around the pharmacy I started to think back about my visit to the urgent care and I started to feel better about how uncomfortable I was. I know I'm going to laugh it off one day but right now I'm just so glad I'm going to get some relief soon. I normally like to get peoples names as I received good care. Today I just wanted to get out of there and didn't have my mind in the right place but I wanted to thank those involved in my care team today so cheers to yelp reviews! read more

I went to AP Arcadia Immediate Care for the first time today for an allergic reaction to a prescribed medication (e.g., fever, hives, headache, etc.). An employee named Leo helped to sign me in (and my husband was with me). Right from the start, my husband and I knew we were in the right place! Leo was smart, professional & friendly, and asked very relevant and thorough questions. He also provided a good explanation of what would occur during my visit there. After that, we saw a lovely nurse named Angela, who also was very attentive and knowledgeable. Finally, we saw Dr. Joshua Lee and he was great too! Dr. Lee didn't rush me; listened to me; also asked relevant and thorough questions; and rendered great medical advice. I'm very grateful to Leo, Angela and Dr. Lee - what an outstanding team! I'm glad my experience was great considering the other two negative reviews. This is not to say my positive visit undermines their visits. The front desk was very nice. I came Thursday afternoon btw. It's all walk-ins and I didn't have to wait long. Maybe 10 minutes or so? Got my vitals taken by the nurse and saw the doctor within a few minutes after that. That day, I saw Dr. Jared Johns. Professional, nice, and easy going. Got a prescription and was out. I would say the whole process took me 35 minutes. (I was testing for the flu, and the kit took 10 minutes). Overall, it's a solid place. Never been to an Allied Pacific clinic, but somehow I have this name on my insurance card. Glad I did! Do note that the allied parking entrance can be easily missed. It's easier to get in on the right side of the road where you're coming from Santa Clara and then turn right into Santa Anita. Then shortly you'll see the Allied Pacific entrance, which is a bit hard to see if you drive fast. read more

I broke my wrist. I went there. Should have gone to the er. I noticed the allied pacific site is off Yelp. After filling out the paperwork with one hand and receiving no help from the staff and having been repeatedly reminded to pay my $5 co pay which I did I saw a lady. Turns out she was a pa. After a few questions and showing her my injuries I am sent off with a girl. Nice girl. She has no clue how to put on a sling so I tell her how. I then walked to the x-ray lab which the new girl did not know the location of after finding it I go in there have my hand x-rayed and the x-ray technician says your wrist is broke and shows me the breaks. I instruct her that they want the x-rays immediately she says OK from there I go back to the PA. I end up with two girls one of which barks at me like a dog "get over here ". I look at her and say "get over here ?" she changes her tune well come this way. I walk over they put my wrist in a splint which extends beyond the tip of my fingers. I asked her what she is going do about the gash in my right hand. she looks at me and says what do you want us to do ? I said well in a normal clinic or doctor s office they clean out the injury and bandage it. I had a bunch of dirt and stuff in it I also tell her the place I fell was frequented by horses and dogs which crapped all over the area so she gets some betadine and cleans out my cut sort of and then put a Band-Aid over it. A big one she then says they'll be contacting you. You can leave . so that's it that's it ? She points at the exit I walk out the door and that was it Later when the PA calls she said this was the first girls first day. When I ask why I didn't see a doctor and have my break set. She said "we don't know if it's broken ". It's idiotic. I hope the place is closed and whoever runs it is forbidden from running a place like that again. Are negative stars available? read more

I came in to remove a (boil) doctor was pretty rough. When I came back for a follow up, to remove the packing. They wanted to charge me again for the co pay. The front desk assistant was an asshole. I would not give this place one star. Definitely will report to blu-shield. read more

Terrible place. Do not go here. Went here for an emergency for my child and received the worse service ever. Front desk lady is the rudest most disrespectful person I've ever met....and based off my observation while sitting in the waiting room, I'm pretty sure she is racist towards Asians. Witness patients check in and consistently she was rude and belittling towards ALL Asian patients, but nice to all other ethnicities. Hope this place shuts down. I've brought my kids to this AP Urgent Care Center. The Dr and front office team are very professional and caring. The Dr is very knowledgeable and provided the care my kids needed. The front office team (Elsa and her team) went out of their way to get my daughter Podiatrist referral as soon as possible and they even called all the Podiatrist around the area to see if they accept pediatric patient and have any available appointment. This is the best Urgent Care center I've visited and got treated with care. read more

Front desk gentleman very friendly and spoke nicely about the Co payment and filling the forms. He was on duty Thursday evening around 530pm. Angela the nurse was very nice. She interviewed me and took my vitals. I then was seen by Thomas Han. He was very courteous and explained what needed to be done. We came to a decision and I had my prescription sent to my pharmacy of choice. There was a usual wait but to be expected in an urgent care setting. The offices were very clean and comfortable. I'll never go here again. The doctor I saw here understated my situation and under-treated me. I didn't expect the urgent care doctor to be a specialist in my area of need but even I knew my situation was far more serious than she understood. I went in because I had swelling and bruising and pain in my toenails, and it was clear that some sort of infection was well under way. She barely looked at my feet and then "suggested" I take antibiotics. I told her I already had some antibiotics that I was going to take for something else and she said I could just take those for this too. She said she could do a procedure to "lift the nail" if I wanted but that it would hurt and was unnecessary. She said she didn't think it was serious because the bruising wasn't black ( it was instead, very purple). I had to keep asking the questions to get any information and even then she had almost nothing to say about my situation. I almost felt like she wasn't even a real doctor or that she didn't want to be there. That's just how I felt. A week after the antibiotics I wasn't better so I decided to go to a podiatrist. That doctor did an immediate nail removal procedure saying that the nail was severely infected and that this nail should have been removed at urgent care. The antibiotics I had been taking based on the urgent care doctor's advice were also wrong for the infection type according to the podiatrist. In my opinion the urgent care doctor pushed back my recovery by a week and made my situation and suffering worse and wasted my valuable time. read more

Front office staff did not greet or speak with a tone of respect upon check-in. Looks like a toxic work environment that is understaffed, undertrained and overworked. Seucrity guard outside is not customer service oriented and probably hired to intimidate patients that don't comply with their authoritarian rules. Last time I checked, AP Urgent Care is a private for profit medical business, not Soviet state runned hospital. It seems this another business that milks Medicaid from a demographics population that has no where else to go due a language barrier and is afraid of intimidation. This place out be reported to Consumer Bureau to be audited by and investigated. read more

Went in for extreme pain in the hand (trigger finger). I was seen in a timely manner. I saw NP Sabrina, and she was terrific. She took time to explain the process. She treated the pain and put in a urgent referral to see a hand specialist. The office even called me back the next day to let me know they got the authorization so I can quickly make an appt. I went to the clinic at 2pm on a Saturday and had to wait less than and hour. The PA, Joseph was friendly and professional. I had a gouge/laceration on my forearm that was a little too open for a bandage. They cleaned it, pushed the skin together and "glued" it in lieu of giving me stitches. Poorest I have ever saw. Even worse than some third world country. Nobody wears name badge, nobody introduced themselves. Nobody explains exam result. For someone who have a cough, I was told go home and check for COVID, and pick up cough medicine from pharmacy. He didn't even tell me what medication he is going to send or how to take them. As I walked out, the medical assistant was on her cellphone for some personal phone call when I asked who is the guy just came into the room and basically kicked me out. Very slow and masks off. The staff sat around chatting with each other instead of treating me. Then, once they treated me, they were friendly, but mistook my condition for a WAY more serious one.
