I was taken as a walk in- brought to the room and massage started out good... after ten minutes my massage therapist left the room to talk to another worker outside the door 7 times!!! At this point I was irritated- not only because she kept leaving but the other two workers did not stop talking... the walls are so thin they might as well have been in my room. I hear the door open again and look up to see the door wide open, my butt half exposed and a worker standing in the door chatting with my massage therapist. When they noticed I was starring at the two of the workers- they switched out and this lady scratched my head for 20 minutes not like a soothing scratch but a one hand on top of my head scratch but get this! She left the room x3! Thankfully, I was told the massage was over. I went to the front to pay and run away to my surprise 3 people were sitting and waiting. I paid and left. Never will I waste money here again. Super disappointed.

A unique experience! Almost forgot to thank the owner profusely - my lung issue was really getting old, and I called the Spa on a Monday, to see ask questions about whether or not the salt spa treatment would help. It was a cooler April morning and my spa room I was put in was cold. My therapist hands were cold as well. I asked right away if she could adjust the a/c and she said no. She did go get me another blanket. The message was very good but my feet were cold the whole time. I put my swim suit on and headed to the hot tub thinking this will be great. Hot tub was not even heated yet for the day - put was on. When I asked about it they said to go to the front desk. The lady scurried to turn it on. Also the Bathrooms needed toilet paper. There were No towels by the pool. No cushions on pool lounge chairs as shown in pictures. You would think when you first open up in the morning you would have everything ready and put out. A quick tour or instructions would be nice too. For the prices we paid the attention to detail so lacked. I asked where the showers where and was told none and that only certain services included a shower. So if you want to go to a really cool place and pay 5 star prices and the little details don't care to you, then this is your place. I'm so disappointed since I wanted to take a friend there when she came to visit. My take away is that their bread and butter are the overnight guests who sign up for the detox program. I booked my appointment online, as I have many times before, but when I showed for my confirmed time, I was told that they didn't see me on the schedule. Things happen and while frustrating, sometimes there are mix ups. My complaint was how the receptionist handled it. She laughed and treated it as a joke and had nothing more to say. There are a lot of places on 105 to get a massage and not be treated so poorly. It goes back to hiring and training and this location failed at both.
