Our pool was left on drain and we lost over a ft of water and we were blamed for our equipment being wrong. His guys moved items of our personal property and didn't put them back upon completion and they got destroyed... We were blamed. Pool wasn't being fully cleaned, entire sections untouched, and when I tried asking for more thoroughness, we were blamed for failing to maintain equipment and called names and had our service cancelled. We cleaned the filters when recommended, we replaced parts as recommended, but try to get clarity on why you'd need to spend hundreds or thousand on parts that just passed their inspection recently and suddenly you're a problem. Aaron was so disproportionately aggressive and is not open to conversation. He wants absolute obedience to anything he wants you to buy, no questions asked, or he attacks your character. There are reviews elsewhere where he doxxed a client for having complaints, viciously verbally attacks customers who complained, and always says he has 30,000 clients with no complaints to everyone who complains... With less than 300 reviews total and places where ratings are as low as 3.9 stars. Not worth the trouble if you're just going to have to find someone else in 3 months when you inevitably face his childish and crazy behavior at the first issue.

That might have been the end of the review but they have proven to be an outstanding provider. Eric (one of the proprietors), is very responsive and overall, just a great guy. Recently, I noticed a small leak in our Rollo injector that was squirting onto the grass. The leak was pure chorine and there was a significant dead patch of grass. I sent Eric a text (I believe it was on a weekend) to which he immediately responded, he came out the very next day which was also on the weekend. He found the leak and sent one of his guys out to fix it. Now that would be amazing in and of itself but there's more. He sent a man out from a landscape company to dig out the contaminated soil and re-sod the area where the dead grass was. This level of customer service blows me away. Blue Cube is the real deal, there was no begging and cajoling to do the right thing. They just did it and it was their idea. As for the price, I am amazed they can be so competitive. They are careful about what they take on because they want to be able to provide the best customer service so they have chosen grow their their business responsibly, while some pool services just take on as many pools as they get calls for, Blue Cube limits the clientele to a number that they can manage. I waited to do this review because I wanted to be sure they were the real deal. We are coming up on one year and I am very pleased.
