To make a long…read morestory short, they charged me $700 for a power steering pump, which turned out faulty after two weeks. I took it back because it had a warranty. I lived off of Ubers for 3 weeks while they lied about how long it would take to get the second replacement. Then, that second replacement pump turned out faulty after another two weeks. I hope that this was incompetence and not crookedness... though I think that's wishful thinking. Additionally, one of my Uber drivers during this process told me that his dad had a similar issue. They messed up his car worse than before he took it in.
