My boyfriend originally took my car into M&M to get checked due to the engine jumping, as I work full-time (8-6) and couldn't go myself. The initial quote was around $630 for an O2 sensor and an air filter--seemed reasonable at first. Then we were suddenly told by Mitch that my car needed cylinder head work totaling $6,000. Naturally, we wanted a second opinion. Not only did they refuse to provide the diagnostic codes when asked, but I later scanned the car myself (I have photo evidence of the actual codes)--and none of them supported the diagnosis or the $6,000 repair Mitch claimed was needed. This felt dishonest and ‼extremely predatory‼ After waiting nearly two weeks, I picked up my car only to find: 1. An oil separator was installed without my approval 2. The A/C had completely stopped working--a system that worked perfectly when I dropped the car off When I called Mitch, he said to bring it back and he'd refund me and look at the A/C. From the second I walked in, he was rude and condescending--questioning me and speaking down to me for not "handling this myself," completely ignoring that I'm a full-time student with a full-time job. The only time he showed any decency was when I became visibly upset--and a customer walked in. He then refused to take responsibility for the A/C issue, saying "we didn't touch that," and tried to blame it on me supposedly hitting a pothole--again, suspicious timing. (I have video of this exact conversation.) Why would I have him work on my car again after spending $899, getting a partial refund, and coming back with more issues than when I dropped it off? Bottom line: I have the codes. I have the video. I have the receipts. Mitch was wrong and the entire experience was unprofessional and stressful. I strongly urge anyone reading this to take your car elsewhere and get a second opinion. You deserve honesty, transparency, and respect--not to be talked down to and overcharged.

For oil changes they usually move quick, though they always have at least a short wait. They used to let you pull your car in and stay in it the whole time, but now insist on doing it for you. For car washes you sometimes have to go through twice for missed spots, but it's nice that they hand-dry here. Plus, you get a free wash with every oil change. The vacuums aren't the greatest on suction, but they are okay for a quick once over. The staff is kind of hit and miss. Sometimes friendly, sometimes not so much, but usually easygoing.
