For oil changes they usually move quick, though they always have at least a short wait. They used to let you pull your car in and stay in it the whole time, but now insist on doing it for you. For car washes you sometimes have to go through twice for missed spots, but it's nice that they hand-dry here. Plus, you get a free wash with every oil change. The vacuums aren't the greatest on suction, but they are okay for a quick once over. The staff is kind of hit and miss. Sometimes friendly, sometimes not so much, but usually easygoing. Prices are about on par for similar services in town. I like that they are a good place to get everything done at once.

Irven Weighill told me, sure, to bring it in "next week" and they would "run diagnostics." 5 phone calls from me, of which zero, I repeat ZERO, were returned, and 26 days later, I went in to check on progress. I found it in their bullpen. Nothing had been done, except brand new hail damage that beat the hell out of my Jeep. All it would take is one call to me to tell me they still had not done anything, especially considering my repeated, unanswered phone calls, to advise it might be best to bring it back later, but they couldn't even be bothered to do that. After being obviously upset, Mr. Weighill's only response to me was "I'm not God" and the mechanic's response, "At least it didn't bust the windows out." I think that should give everyone a good indication of their integrity, or lack thereof. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THESE PEOPLE. After taking it to be repaired and nothing done, I now have to pay around 2K for hail damage repairs. I personally hold Joe Dalton responsible for allowing this extremely poor treatment of customers to be their standard. From these reviews, looks like I'm not the first.
